The smallprint –
Berries have a strict entrance criteria (TTC #1, over 30, TTC for 12+ months, NO instadiffers, must have a special pot and definitely no mention of baby dust or baby dancing).
Those not abiding by the rules may be escorted from the premises.

Ooh spare - you are a good friend! I can imagine she must be quite distraught not to have her DH there.

Good luck feather - thinking of you now

OttersPocket · 23/06/2014 15:43

feather ?? Thanks

I had a hideous day. Heavy bleeding and cramps all day. Had to ask someone to take over my first lesson to run to the toilet and change my pad, then same again second lesson. Last lesson I was thankfully out of class as I spent a while on the toilet while lots of clots came out Sad . Now home early as I told the head I was bleeding heavily and had no pads left Blush , could she please switch the agenda of the senior leadership meeting so that my items were first then I could go.... Just about held it together when part time colleague came in for the meeting with baby (TA was babysitting).

barking do you think you should take some time off? Chill, watch crap telly etc? It's sounds a lot to be going through at work. Thinking of you. Flowers

Sorry it's taken a while to update. Battery died on my phone and just got home from the hosp. All seems to be fine - heart beat in place, but they can't explain the bleeding and said to take it v easy and if it he's any heavier to go back in. Relieved and somehow calmer than I was before the bleeding even happened. Thanks all for your support. Xxx

lumen hope all went ok?

win will be thinking of you and sending Berrie power tomorrow.

Thanks otters and rain Flowers

nolly3 · 23/06/2014 16:32

thank goodness feather. delighted for you! box set summer it is then!

sorry about your tough day barking

happylass · 23/06/2014 16:32

Oh Barking I'm so sorry. Please don't go back to work until you are ready, both mentally and physically. I know school can be brilliant at keeping you busy and helping to take your mind off things but its also a complete nightmare if you need a moment to yourself. Please rest up and take it easy. Thoughts are with you Thanks

happylass · 23/06/2014 16:33

Cross post. Brilliant news Feather. Delighted for you! Please make sure you also take it easy.

barkingtreefrog · 23/06/2014 16:45

Brilliant news feather! Grin Down tools and rest up!

I've got sports day tomorrow morning followed by meetings all afternoon. No hardcore teaching and I've made arrangements to get to a toilet if necessary (sports day is on a field ten minutes walk from school).

The head didn't even speak to me today other than in the meeting after school (our school only has 8 classes, it's not big). I was a little Angry really, just an acknowledgment that I was in when I could quite easily be signed off until summer and never go back would have been nice.....

barking your head sounds like an absolute douche bag. People really do show their true colours when they don't have vested interests in someone or something anymore. Just keep your eyes in the prize: a shiny new job in a months time. I think - and I know nice said this before - you are being incredibly brave and dealing with everything with such grace. Do make sure you look after yourself and that you and your oh make time to do lovely things together etc. xxx

Bunnygirlie · 23/06/2014 17:17

feather so pleased it was good news Flowers take it easy!

barking your head sounds like an arse! I would be sorely tempted to get signed off and leave them to it. So sorry it's all so shit right now x

TheRainDrops · 23/06/2014 17:30

God barking - that's not even just being a shit boss, that's being a shit human being! You must have the patience of a saint, I think I'd have just left after the day you've had and not gone back. Hope tomorrow is easier.

feather just beyond thrilled that all is well! Get thee to a deckchair! Smile

happylass · 23/06/2014 17:35

Barking just get yourself signed off on the sick. You've absolutely nothing to lose and you don't owe them anything. Go back for the last week if you'd like to say goodbye to your pupils and finish things properly, but I'd stay away until then. You need to rest up!

tigerdog · 23/06/2014 17:36

feather glad to hear all is well. Get those feet up and take it easy.

barking I hope you can also manage to take it easy. Take the time you need and do what is best for you and no one else.

spare hope your friend was ok.

lumen how did you get on?

Just off for another acu session, hoping it kicks my body into doing what it should!

lumen · 23/06/2014 17:45

Just wanted to let you know we got 10 eggs, will find out tomorrow how many fertilised. Have been asleep all day and going back to sleep now, those sedation drugs have really knocked it out of me. Sorry for no personals, will do better tomorrow. Night all!

nolly3 · 23/06/2014 17:48

that sounds like good news lumen! be thinking of you and win tomorrow

happy hug for you. damn nice weather!

barkingtreefrog · 23/06/2014 18:00

10! Brilliant lumen. Got the Barry White cranked up and thinking positive thoughts for you! Grin

happy I've had my current class for two years and the meetings tomorrow are to split the year group into two new classes, we mix them up at the end of year 4 to even them out and remove unhelpful pairings. I really want to have my input, I know them really well. On Thursday I've got a handover meeting to a secondary senco on two y6 children with sen. They are both vulnerable and I want to be able to pass all their information on to her. Once I've got through this week I've only got 3 weeks left, and I want to be able to leave everything organised and all loose ends tied up before I go. It's not so much the classroom bit (although I do want to be with my class before I leave) as all the different SENCO bits that I need to get in order.
