It has been a busy few days here.

Big hugs to you.lady, so sorry to read your news.

Good luck tomorrow, HB, keeping all fingers crossed for you.
Well done everyone for the very productive DIY weekend and late night lesson planning.

Happy, hope you're feeling better now.

Thanks for all your kind thoughts. Thanks

Bushy, hope you managed the situation with your friend. I understand that sharing should be joint decision but to be honest, I only apply this to joint friends. I overshare with my friends all the time. This is how I cope - I gather the troops around me and let them help me get through stuff. Not everybody's cup of tea, I know. So my family know and my best friends. But as nothing will happen in the next months other than hopefully DP's swimmers making an extremely well-built and energetic appearance, there is not much to talk about. Lovely SIL sent some visualisation meditation which I sorely need as I have not been able to see myself pg yet.

Hope you all have a good start to the week.

RosieintheAlps · 11/05/2014 22:48

Ah, crossed posts, Bushy. Good to hear afternoon went well.

Gillster · 11/05/2014 22:59

Good luck tomorrow HB!

AF turned up today for me. I never have any expectations for a BFP now so not too disappointed. Looks like my cycle is pretty much back to normal which is good and given that I'll be doing a cycling holiday in 3 weeks time then it's all pretty good timing and I can enjoy the holiday without worrying.

FeatherFeather11 · 12/05/2014 00:02

Hope everyone is well. I have some serious thread catching up to do. Things moving so quickly at the mo. Hope everyone had a lovely weekend!

lady, hope you're ok. Flowers

And good luck for tomorrow hb - sending you strong Berrie vibes.

Exhausted so will read thread and check in properly tomorrow evening.

TheRainDrops · 12/05/2014 07:12

Good luck today hb!!!

Currently in the mahoooosive queue at the walk in blood clinic. Glad I brought a book!!

happylass · 12/05/2014 07:30

Good luck for today HB. Keeping everything crossed for you.

Day 3 of feeling rough here but I have to go in to work as I've got exams and Controlled Assessments to do

CatsCantFlyFast · 12/05/2014 07:42

Good luck HB

tigerdog · 12/05/2014 08:37

Hope it goes well today hb! Thinking of you! X

winohhh · 12/05/2014 10:48

Good luck HB, keeping everything crossed!!

winohhh · 12/05/2014 11:19

Started spotting. 7dpo. Argh!! I would love to think its implantation, but looking back through my charts this has happened every month except one (my ill fated bfp month). Looks like I'm out this month already. And I was so hopeful after such well timed bd-ing. :(

tigerdog · 12/05/2014 11:51

Sorry to hear that win, although fingers crossed it's not af. Similar story here Spotting today and yesterday and af due tomorrow/weds. Turns out that going on holiday, relaxing and having loads of sex is not the golden ticket to getting pg that certain patronising people would have you believe!

HampshireBlues · 12/05/2014 11:52

One hatching blastocyst on board and clinic seem happy. Currently watching season 2 of 24.

Win sorry about the spotting will still keep everything crossed that it's not AF. Happy hope you're hanging on in there. Rain hope the queue gets moving and that your book is good.

BecauseIsaidS0 · 12/05/2014 12:13

Well done, HB!!!

I'm currently "enjoying" my first day not a work with a whiney, bitey pup Hmm

tigerdog · 12/05/2014 12:20

Nice work work hb!

Sounds lovely because! The way I feel today I could happily pack my job in.

TheRainDrops · 12/05/2014 13:40

PUPO party! . I could just do with a box set day, Monday-itis is strong today, but only cos I am on holiday next week so tons to get through!!

Bloods done - results in 48 hours but I am expecting them to be same as te last 2 batches i.e. normal!

Oh fuck, I swear I just heard a baby crying. Someone must have brought one in - quick, where's my game face???

FeatherFeather11 · 12/05/2014 14:54

Great news hb!!

nolly3 · 12/05/2014 16:11

congrats HB! hope all settling down nicely.

bad luck gill. Low expectations are at least peaceful - admire your fortitude.

hope it's not af wino.

just been to see GP to ask if I can (a) be monitored and (b) be transferred to new FC for house move. answers (a) no point and (b) do it yourself, but good luck because current one is crap. hmpf

happylass · 12/05/2014 17:19

Great news HB! Have literally everything crossed for you.
How unhelpful of your GP Nolly. Hope you're changing docs when you move too!
Rang and made an appointment at the private FC today to try and get the ball rolling there. Their first slot isn't for nearly 3 weeks but we're not in a rush at the moment anyway.
Just about sniffed and sneezed my way through work today. Off to bed for a siesta now. Catch up with you all later!

barkingtreefrog · 12/05/2014 18:52

hb pupo!!!! Grin Grin Grin When's otd?

happy hope you're feeling better soon.

win & tiger I'm doing the anti af dance for you.

rain did you manage the game face?

nolly a) crap but predictable b) how helpful Hmm

I'm trying desperately not to over think about the scan tomorrow. Please let me have just two juicy follicles! I'm not going to take it well if they don't go ahead with IUI this cycle Blush .

beakybeak · 12/05/2014 19:41

Boo to the spotting wino and tiger hope it's nothing rather than AF. I'm also expecting spotting soon although I saw 3 magpies then another 4 yesterday...

Nolly that's rubbish of GP, very unhelpful. Do you have to move or would it be too far to stay where you are?

Happy hope you are feeling better now, it's always when you really can't be off work that you need to be!

HB woohoo!! PUPO! Crossing everything including legs as I'm not in shag week at the mo Grin hope your wait is quick and uneventful.

I got my consent forms and iui papers today! The welfare of the child one is a bit bizarre, thankfully no "discord" within our family unit... Except when I accidentally smacked dh in the face yesterday after he crept up on me and shocked the life out of me! I jumped up and accidentally caught him on the head!

beakybeak · 12/05/2014 19:44

Good luck for your scan tomorrow Barking hopefully 2 nice follies will be waiting there Grin

Also has anyone seen the pets at home advert? It's soooo sweet! The little frail old lady with the massive dog at the end nearly has me in tears!

greatbigbushybeard · 12/05/2014 19:59

Yay for hb you've done so well. Good luck tomorrow barking I'll be thinking juicy thoughts for you!

tiger hope you're proven wrong in the nicest possible way.

My mum and dad have taken in a stray cat, who's now living in their shed. She's given birth to kittens. My mum says she's only a kitten herself and what a good mother she is.... Found myself getting irrationally jealous of a cat for a millisecond!! I get to see them tomorrow! Only a week old!! Love kittens, might find it hard not to take one home. Dh has already said don't go getting any ideas, I don't think he realises that these ideas are already in my head!!

All quiet here, tummy bit crampy today... Only few more days of bum bulleting to go thank goodness, then I can break about my bonne mamman jam jar for special wee! Think I will do it in there as the small little pot they give you is way too small! They've given me a special pg test with little well for the wee to go in which you drop in. Anyone else used one of those before? If I think about it too much it's scary!!

HampshireBlues · 12/05/2014 20:06

Will be keeping everything crossed for your scan tomorrow Barking let us know how it goes.

Nolly really useful conversation with your GP (not) no wonder hospitals are heaving.

Beaky I agree that some of the paperwork is a little intense especially when we are only trying to achieve something that others do naturally.

Test date is the 23rd so may need wanging from time to time (must not symptom spot, must not symptom spot)

Happy hope you're feeling better after your siesta!

TheRainDrops · 12/05/2014 20:25

Blush barking - turned out it was a squeaky meeting room door. Obviously I am obsessed with babies.... Massive good luck for tomorrow, come on follies!

beaky exciting that you got the forms, I know nothing about this welfare of the child thing. What is it? Is it to determine if you're psychos? Bit rich considering fertile people can produce as many babies as they like whether they're nut jobs or not. Angry
And yes I have seen that ad and there definitely must have been something in my eye while I was watching it.... Wink

nolly bloody GPs. I do like ours but he's so laid back about it all, like it's been no time at all. Very frustrating when healthcare professionals don't treat your valid concerns with the appropriate level of gravitas.

happy hope you feel better soon. Very exciting r.e. private clinic. Hope the next 3 weeks fly by for you.

bushy not long to go till your posh jam jar wee! You're doing so well at keeping level headed - I aspire to your calmness levels!
I'd be tempted by a free kitten, but with ferals you have to socialise them while they're still with mum (tricky as she's a stray herself) nab them as soon as they're old enough otherwise they're always a bit wild. My dear old granny had some when she was still alive and they were always a bit nuts!
Boodle - please add cats to the list of things we're jealous of! Grin

hb hope you've had a lovely relaxing day today. I'll be on hols for OTD but I will be sending you heaps of Berry vibes, I promise!

BoodleDoo · 12/05/2014 20:33

Bloody cats having babies...mutter, mumble.

Consider them added to the list!
