This is a positive thread for all those diagnosed with High or Very High NK Cells and looking to start TTC or already pregnant on Prednisolone and/or Intralipid treatment.

Sorry meant mine just stops..I expect it on day of ovulation but it goes day after after my surge so am confused by that!

Well results day is here.
I am frightened it seems like the end to everything, but up until now I haven't thought what if it's not high nk cells xxx

Will be thinking of you dildoos, it's a weird felling as I remember thinking I wanted something to be wrong, but was convinced there wouldn't be, then when I found out I had high nk cells I was really upset. Whatever the result at least you will be able to move forward and will have more knowledge.

Good luck dildoos. I was same as sunny...got really upset when mr a gave me the news...but it means there is something to treat if ur are high

Girls can I ask which omega 3 tablets are u taking?? Is it just the pregnacare ones or sep oneS?

Trying - i just take the ones that come with the pregnacare vits.

I'm on 9dpo so just waiting to test Weds, not holding out much hope for this month - not sure why, just not feeling it if that makes sense!

Yes we are very in sync with our cycles! I don;t keep pregnancy tests at home now, i buy them the evening before I need to do a test so that I am not tempted to use them and then buy more!

Very disciplined of u.....im not using ov sticks or hpt next month...I'm going to try be calm collected and not obsses and try alternate day sex all month!

Funny, I'm on 9dpo too! Not feeling very hopeful though as ovulated early this month on day 10. I've heard that can mean a not so good egg. On top of that DH had quite a bad chest infection at the crucial time so we only managed it two not very successful times. I am paranoid about not being able to get pregnant too. Off to the acupuncturist now...

Gosh we are all in sync! Maybe one month we will ALL get out bfp...

My dh struggled to hmmmm "perform" this time hence the ditching of the sticks so try get rid of the pressure. We still managed day 13,14,15 and 16. Ovulated 15. But still not preg....sighhhhh....

The paranoia is so hard to shake...I don't know wot else to do! I stopped coffe/alcohol only during period/lost weight/acupuncture/holidays/dropped workings hours to part time-still nothing!
Maybe I'll look into superovulation if it doesn't happen by month 7....my dh sperm has never been tested but I don't think he would be keen to have it done unless it had to...

Its so hard month on month trying - i know you have probably been told this lots of times before etc and easier said then done but do you think its worth having a month out - last year i got really obsessed with having a baby - it literally took over my life - i was temperarture charting, doing ov sticks etc etc and in the end I went to my GP - he advised to throw away all the temperature stuff (i had an app so deleted it), throw waway all the ovulation sticks and just have regular sex throughout the month and try not to obsess about ovulation etc. he also said have a month off give your body. We follwed his orders and the first month of trying again we got pregnant (sadly it ended in a miscarriage) but i still believe he was right. If super ovulation doesn't work for me i won't go back to any of the other stuff, I'll just do the sperm meets egg plan.

Sunny you speak sense....I am getting obbsessed...I'm quite busy and see loads of friends/busy job/see family etc but the minute I'm driving or at home that's all I can think about...I've been on 3 holidays in the last few months to try....they all just temporary fix...

ov sticks hidden from me, app deleted, hpt hidden from me...and got weekly acupuncture in dec.(haven't ever temped as knew I would go mad doing that)..I'm also not reading a single forum except this one (as I start looking and one hr later still reading)

This month I was supposed to be happy and postive but only lasted till ovulation and then all came down like a Ton of bricks....

To be honest more worried about my lovely dh. He is so kind and understanding and I can see my planning has stressed him out and it's def taking on a toll on our sex life's...and he's more imp than anything else right now...so for him...the crazy lady behaviour is stopping! Will just be sex every other day (Ish)!

I have to admit though that each 3 times we got preg we did it daily for 4 days after a 3 day break...so I don't think alt day will work and so finding reallllyyyy committingto that hard work . But I'll do it. It's only a month and will help DH and my sanity!

Trying.. I'm getting to same stage as you.. And def thinking of ditching the intense tracking.. If won't make a difference to what happens and prob v little difference to what we do with so much determined by time and energy we have! I had reflexology tonight and she said every other day best because the quality of sperm reduces otherwise. And anyway it should last the I between days.
Dildoos - how did you go? It's so daunting isn't it. You build it up to be the answer to everything - and it is for many. But I was so excited about getting answers that I was shocked at realising how upset I was to find I needed the complex treatment programme. I think maybe on some level I felt 'poor me' again about having something wrong but also wishing had known before all the miscarriages .. So sad to think may all have been doomed from the start.. But we're all doing all we can .. And we all so deserve all the luck in the world after such terrible luck. I used to believe in karma but really not sure now :-S

Im thinking one if us must be gettig a bfp soon-it cant be a doomed Board!! The graduates have so much happy news must remind ourselves of that...

And yes I'm going every other day excep 14/15 will do daily as I usually always ovulate on 15 (but will not do sticks and if dh doesn't feel up to it one night I won't stress as every other night will cover it!)

Evening all! Yippee yippee I have an issue!!! Yes that's right he's found the issue! 7 mc and finally someone can help me

I do not have high amounts of nk cells but have high nk cell function, treated in the same way. Should be less than 0.5 and I am 1.19 !
I am happy with a diagnosis as that can be fixed trying and multiple mc with no diagnosis surely is harder?

Anyway feel like a weight lifted off my shoulders ( I actually performed a silly dance outside the clinic )

Anyway going to go to bed as only just home and will read down thread tomorrow .

Dildoos pleased you have an issue- if you understand what I mean?! Then it can be dealt with!
I'm similar ladies af should be here any day now and had pink when wipe yesterday so onto month 3 of gonal f for me it looks :(

Mel your in sync too? What's going on?! I'm sorry to here u think af on her way-how long have u been trying for now? Is mr a doing ur injections etc too?
