Berries have a strict entrance criteria (TTC #1, over 30, TTC for 12+months, NO instadiffers, must have a special pot and def no mention of baby dust or baby dancing UGH !!! Ooooh aren’t we strict!

RP, I've only temped for one cycle, (my bfp cycle) and I also got a dip around then. You never know!

How was your hen do barking??

I did a hpt on sat, got a line, but really faint. I was hopeful that meant I was getting back to normal, but bled a bit today, so who knows!

Wino I also had random bleeding 2 or 3 weeks after my mc. I thought it was af but it went away again. The Epu said it could happen. Just our bodies getting rid of any 'bits' left behind! Wonderful! It took apporx 2 weeks for me to get a negative test. It's so odd isn't it to actually want to see a negative test for a change!

Well my chance of a fufc is gone, it teased me by holding out til today and doing that spotting but it's well and truly here. Looks like I will be phoning fc tomorrow, which in one way is a more positive outcome to af. So next steps are to call, then the drugs get sent out but I don't have to do anything with them til day 21, which creates a bit of breathing room. I did read in their literature that if you did get pg when a sniffing you should contact them, see my brain is still thinking natural bfp. Silly really. Anyway feeling fairly positive and because of the nurse saying the first Ivf attempt is more exploratory then it's kinda taken the pressure off a bit. Still, it's still a lot to go through to not get a bfp. I am a little apprehensive about the timing of it, thought was going to get lucky with having treatment in easter hols but no I'll be back at work again. Perhaps if there are any teacher berries who've ivf ed, maybe they could let me know how it was with time off etc.

bushy I conceived the week prior to starting sniffing, but didn't discover it til I'd been on the drug for 10 days or so. It can happen, I'm proof! Don't give up!

Certainly so much easier than all the drugs, appts and ahem, the rectal suppositories-wtf!!would you say you were still consciously trying to get pg or were just doing it for enjoyment?( yes that old way before ttc came into play, when you did it when you fancied it, remember those days!!??!)

Just popping my head in. School is going to be a massive struggle today, and that's an understatement. Hen do Friday, amazing wedding Saturday, danced until 2am after very limited sleep the night before and the last place I want to be today is in a classroom!!! Still got piles and piles of stuff to sort out as I gave up yesterday and just left it!
cd21 here and ff has given me cross hairs for Ov on cd16. Didn't temp over the weekend (really wasn't much point! ) but the important temps were already in there.
I didn't stay sober but I did stay sensible and didn't get drunk. Nothing to reproach myself for when I get my bfp in just over a week .

Yes, we were still trying, although to be honest for the last 2-3 months or so I didn't expect anything from it. I was definitely aware of my cycle days, but the attitude this last time was more like "might as well give it one last go" than truly thinking we'd get lucky. I still am incredulous about the whole thing, and if I hadn't seen our little space invader at a scan recently, I could easily have been persuaded into thinking it was all my imagination!!

DH thinks it was down to healing from having a tiny polyp removed, but truly we did very few things differently than in the previous 18 cycles, so it might've just been blind luck, who knows. I did cut way back on sugar & caffeine but not for very long by the time we actually conceived.

Bushy, belated welcome to the thread, I don't post here much but we will probably be IVF cycle buddies, AF arrived for me today so scan booked for Thursday. This is my 2nd. Not a teacher but this time I'm going to accept the sicknote from the clinic after egg collection, after HR were a bit arsey last time about IVF leave.

Doo doo dooo......CD 24 here and just twiddling thumbs..........

Have bought myself some reusable sanitary towels for the inevitable later this week. No symptoms whatsoever. Life v boring.

Barking what day is bfp due for you????

Hello ladies,

I saw the endocrinologist today and have been prescribed medication. My TSH is not crazy high at 3.1 (down from 5.6 right before christmas) but he agreed that it is worth trying to lower it down to optimal levels to see if that will help with fertility.

I only found about the TSH when looking into another problem, so I'm going to my regular GP on Wednesday to tell her that I'm not pregnant and would like to be.

I find doctors/hospitals so stressful
