We had 6 BFPs in just over a month on the first thread, so here's hoping the luck continues.

Thanks everyone! What a lovely welcome. DS is 7 and we ttc for 3 years before he arrived. Hopefully will be quicker this time..

Hungry, I've not been on any pills since DD. I'm not allowed the pill cause of migraines and have tried mini pills and they made me have AF almost constantly. That is part of the reason I'm so confused by the missing AF. My cycle varies a little but it was always 25-28 days.
I'm starting to wonder if I've got duff ICs. About the only symptom I could say I definitely have is increased CM sorry for the TMI.
I did POAS tonight and there was possibly an extremely faint line on the IC but I wasn't convinced.
Going to try with FMU in morning, but starting to think it could be a weird cycle thing.

How faint is faint? A line's a line in my opinion

I'm just back from a work do where i was asked repeatedly if I was planning on having any more. Argh.

Bert, fx for not taking anywhere near 3 years. This thread has been very lucky for people who took a long time last time. Almost all first month!

I've managed to get through today with no weird bleeding. Hopefully tomorrow will be the same. :-) I'm still half convinced it was Pregnacare causing it.

Morning wee POAS was definitely BFN. Convinced I'm not pg now sorry for getting everyone's hopes up. Hoping now I've relaxed a bit I might get AF.

A BFP not an AF

Morning everyone! I just did a IC for some stupid reason?! And I'm not sure whether its just an Evap line or not as I never used these before in prev pregnacy! Can an Evap line be pink too? And how far down should it be? Don't want to get my hopes up if I'm seeing things! Tried to take a pic but its not very clear!

Ooh, Kt, no an evap line is NOT pink! Sounds like a BFP to me.

Sorry I've been absent the last few days. DH is poorly and off work , he's spent the last two days in bed so I've been doing everything on my own. How is everyone doing?

Kt - you better get another test if I were you. Don't know if u recall my faint line and I got a much better test, one that tells you how far you are. It could be an evaporation line but they are usually very faint. I reckon it's a BFP. Especially if there's colour to it. Ooh let's hope so.

I'm sorry if I've not commented on all things, there's always lots to catch up with on our threads but I will check in later. I do hope there will be some more BFP's very very soon and my fingers are crossed for Kt!
As for my update, I'm 11 weeks and 5 days. Got my 12 week scan on tues at 2pm! Still very nervous like Toothpaste and hope things are still good as they were at my 10 week private one.
By the way, if you've noticed I'm not on on FB page anymore and wondering why... I'm really sorry as I still want to be on it but I don't want to be on Facebook and I don't think there's a way of being on ours without being on actual Facebook. It's going to sound silly but Facebook has caused so many problems for me and DH. I used to love going on but unfortunately certain people find you and start harassing etc so sadly I've come off altogether. DH wasn't happy about me still being on there but at least you all got to see/meet me and my DS. It's a shame there isn't another way of having our Mumsnet thing where we can post pics as well. Anyway it's nothing to do with any of you as I want to keep in touch with all if you and happy to meet up and give our phone numbers etc. It would be lovely if we could all meet up in the new year after Xmas x

Hi everyone! Just wanted to join in. Me and DH are ttc for our first DC. Lucyjojo I know what you mean about worrying. We've been trying since August and I half convinced myself that we'd never have a baby because we'd not been successful yet. I'm trying to be more relaxed about it, it's tricky when it's all you think about isn't it!

Has anyone else found their cycle went haywire when ttc? Normally I'm really regular but since we started trying I've been all over the place, including being two weeks late and AF lasting for three weeks!

Hi Smoke and welcome- you will have a lot to read up and catch up on with this thread but it's been successful so far with a number of BFP's (mine included at 12 weeks next Monday). So hopefully you'll join our string of lucky BFP's. Have you come off the pill or many contraception? Do you mind sharing how old you are with us x

Thanks hungry and mrs I think I was seeing things, but this is the first test I’ve done where I have noticed a faint line or colour of some sort. I’ve only got 2 IC’s left then I picked up a different test from poundland lol so will see what that says tomorrow or monday. The pic I put on FB doesn’t give it much justice! When I tried to take a closer one just couldn’t see anything at all!

Hope your DH is better soon mrs How is he now? Bet your excited for your scan! It seems to of come round really quick! Bet that it doesn’t feel that way for you though lol.

Welcome to Bert and Smoke Were you prev on the pill smoke I came off Cerazette in July, and mine have been a bit like that, thankfully mine only last upto 4 days though. Will just be your body just adjusting still can take quite a good few months for it all to get back to ‘normal’!

lucy glad your feeling a bit better about things now! Enjoy your ! and yep you can have a nice time at the parties too!

And yes, TTC seems to equal total WTF cycles all round it seems. Isn't it odd how our bodies just know how to give us total head fuck? :-/

Mrs, I've been feeling very wonky since yesterday. My cold hasn't come to much, thankfully. Just a bit of a bunged nose and sore throat. I just feel odd though and my tummy feels a bit upset, but isn't, IYSWIM?

Kt, I have 2 ICs, an Asda test and 2 FRER left now. I may have PIATH (pissed in a tealight holder) this morning, but it wasn't proper FMU as I had a wee at 4.30 this morning, and drunk about a pint of liquid after. BFN, as I'm sure you can guess.

Kt, photos of those tests are hard to do, so it's worth waiting a day or so and trying again. I'm going to try to wait til Monday now I think.

Mrs, I did wonder if you coming off Facebook was related to your DH somehow. It's a shame you can't stay on there.

Hi Kt, when are you going to poas again to double check that line? DH is not very well at all, he's been in bed all day today and yesterday and I'm not sure what's wrong. He does suffer with asthma and is struggling to breathe and coughing a lot. Could be asthma related or bronchitis maybe. I'm really not sure and hope he's better soon, I don't mean to sound selfish but I don't want to get it bring pregnant.

Should I try again tomorrow or hold out for a couple of days to see if AF appears? Due on either tues or wed. Sorry to hear your DH is still unwell. The cold weather doesn't help with asthma either as DS is very chesty and coughing lots after he's been out in the cold. Hope he's feeling better soon, and that you don't catch it. Not nice being ill as well as pregnant. This coming week 3 years ago I was about to start maternity leave. Had tow months though till DS actually made an appearance! The years have gone by so quick!

I wasn't meant to do it yesterday, so think I'll do it today if I can only manage to hold onto my wee for another couple of hours. It's impossible to get proper strength FMU when you need to wee all the time! (Which isn't like me, but I'm trying not to SS.)
