Welcome to The BESH Republic Of Rulvakia. The national drink is of course gin, state funded to get you into a state. We have many traditions and customs, such as sechsing, swearing for the fun of it (optional) and urinating on little white sticks.
Enemy of the state is Droid, who must be heckled heartily should it put in an appearance. There is an ongoing lottery to win a baybee, being granted citizenship of The Republic is your ticket to the lottery.

As a democracy all members are entitled to put forward any customs or rules they would like and we can all adopt important but silly titles if we like. See the George Carlin sketch about hats and religion and make your own mind up about whether you would like a ceremonial hat to accompany whichever title/role you bestow upon yourself.

Newcomers should find and complete the BESHtionnaire so we can make sure you are cynical and non-fluffy enough to be granted Citizenship.

I'm not very woo but am definitely open to the idea that things that stimulate you or relax you can help your body. When I had reflexology the first time I was at all she could tell me about my body from squishing my feet. I also felt luffly and warm and relaxed after

I liked acupuncture for the same reason. I am not sure it helped me conceived but I love the fact that it made me feel relaxed.

I really enjoyed my reflexology. Like Faith says, it was amazing what she picked up on just by rubbing my feet!

I might look into it again as something to help me relax a bit more - too much of a stress head!

Having said that, I would give it a whirl - god knows I lurve a good massage- but just never seem to have the time. I can barely remember to take the folic acid tablets (I remember once every 2 weeks or so, then take a handful. Don't tell the TTC police. I figure after 3 years I've got to have pretty massive stores by now)

I'm a woo sceptic too. But reflexology does sound fun, and I can always tell myself it's just a foot massage...

I have previously been a woo sceptic, sinky and north still can't believe people sell fertility spells with a straight face but will be signing up for some acupuncture this month Last time I had acu was when I was a student and had done something nasty to my shoulder. It flippin hurt and I got a big rash, so am hoping for a less extreme treatment this time. I hope it will help me feel like I'm doing soemthing, especially as "regular" medicine has told me to stop bothering them for the next 6 months.

Well Shag Dictator has dropped to "low" this morning, but my OPKwas the darkest it has been so far . I can only presume that SD got fed up of 9 days of "high" with no "peak".

Northey that's what I do. And it is a nice relaxing experience. I don't expect it to get me pregnant though, even if the woman I am going to see is the same one my friend saw and she got pregnant the first month

SD sounds like it is having an off day cavey. I say get to it! I'm on CD12 and about to start on the pish sticks myself.

I'm a woo sceptic too, although acupuncture seems the least wooey of the woos.

Although a foot massage I could cope with. Maybe start with a shoulder massage, they are always still. Do you woo-ers believe you can tell anything from shoulders? On the woo topic, I got stopped by a fortune teller the other week and he promised me the terrible two years were about to end. He freaked me out somewhat...

Grr at dictator's off day cave and a night off is fine fee. Our first minion at the hospital told us to the sechsing every other day. I can tell you that did not produce a baybee win, but it was sound (?!?!) medical advice...

I am cream crackered but have finally finished cleaning the rented house no sense of satisfaction cleaning a house you have no pride in and aren't staying in! done the bedroom, ensuite, living room, downstairs loo and kitchen. Reckon I deserve a bath to ease my poor back! I've given notice on the property too so we'll be free of it in one month.

Got my smiley today so I will painkiller up and bath so I'm nice and relaxed for some seduction later

lems when I'm really stressed my shoulder goes in spasm. Happened for the first time when Mum died and had it several times since, had to have physio at one point! I guess it's where I hold tension...

m'ok Faith thanks. Just been on a fantastic holiday so am very calm & relaxed. We're waiting for a geneticist to recommend what happens next for us. I like to look in on the Palais goings on now & then.
