TTC on the frontier of polite society . Shoot outs compulsory.

New joiners will be welcomed after completing the Beshtionnaire and showing us their blazing saddle.

Oh yes, 2013 baybees Hmm can't wait.....well I'm cd16, reckon I'm only just laying my egg. Timing looks ok but it'll be a long tww, especially with a later than usual ovulation...expect Droid will be tantalizingly late!
My course on end of life care is very intense. People leaving sessions in tears etc. Totally drained.
Sorry for your loss Northey.
dor how you feeling?

eurochick · 28/02/2012 22:06

CD18 too here, Norfy. I oved around day 12. Sorry to hear about the funeral.

I have had a very odd afternoon, with an absolutely pounding headache - with nausea, the full works. This is odd because I don't get headaches. I got migranes during puberty and on the Pill. And then I get the occasional mild headache a couple of times a year. So I think I am going to put this down to all the hormones I have been taking. Currently Letrozole early in the cycle, then trigger shot for ovulation and now progesterone post ov. (Plus the immunosuppressants.) It must just be quite a lot for my poor little body to cope with.

sinkingflameofhilarity · 28/02/2012 22:29

I saw a news article about the birth rate expected to drop next yr because women don't want a child born in 2013

FriendofDorothy · 28/02/2012 22:29

Oh it's ok. We buried her in the vegetable patch. It's a bit of a cat graveyard to be honest!

I am alright most of the time, but every now and then I just feel really said. I miss her sleeping around my head and purring.

blonderthanred · 28/02/2012 23:43

Sorry to hear of feline and human funerals.

That's a sobering thought about 2013. I am v teary today as BFN this morning and signs of droid today. Really thought I was in with a chance this month after all the sechs and the positive opk. Had a bit of a cry this morning.

I'm glad you're all here (whilst at the same time not iyswim). No-one else I can tell.

Sending hearts and ribbons to all. Er I mean er leather chaps and spur boots. Must be the hormones.

Northey · 29/02/2012 08:27

Do you know, I quite fancy being a Native American for a bit.

Off back to Wales this morning for resumption of sechs. I will go via Hereford though, and as today is market day, I will resume my mint M&M mission for you all.

Northey · 29/02/2012 12:41

Mint M&Ms are HERE! Now, who was it who asked for them? Was it euro and Laura? I could trail back and find out but it would be easier if you just reminded me...

eurochick · 29/02/2012 13:43

Yay! Yes, it was me. I will PM you my address.

PhoenixFromTheFlames · 29/02/2012 17:04

I fancied some too :)

Northey · 29/02/2012 19:00

Ping me your address then, cowgirl, and I shall send some off to you as well.

Okie doke!
Am so proud of myself, ran 7k tonight! Getting faster too! :-)

Northey · 29/02/2012 20:34

PhoenixFromTheFlames · 29/02/2012 20:58

It's partly me...partly Paul! Now I've found my.stride, I'm happy to keep running although my feet get a bit sore!

TheOutlawLauraPalmer · 29/02/2012 23:09

I've got real live proper Native American blood in me, BESH...do I get some mint m&ms?

Grin
TheOutlawLauraPalmer · 29/02/2012 23:11

Yikes - please don't tell me I've missed news about the adorable lovely I still have a crush on him Davy Jones?!

PhoenixFromTheFlames · 01/03/2012 06:43

He has sadly died at 66 from a heart attack :( LP

Northey · 01/03/2012 07:41

You do, my outlaw friend. I think you were the third person who asked originally, so that is fine. Send me your address and I will post them to you today.

Argh am aching from my run, can't have stretched well enough as well as pushing myself to run further than ever since I started training!
Want to curl up and sleep. Very tiring on my course.

TheOutlawLauraPalmer · 01/03/2012 13:54

Yay, I'm a winner! I'm on my phone Norf and don't know how to PM from it but I'll send you my address when I'm back home. Smile

(Faith, you and your running are ver ver impressive!)

eurochick · 01/03/2012 13:55

Yay Fee. I did 7k for the first time in years on Sunday. I felt a bit achy the next day but was fine by Tuesday. Are you planning on upping the distance? I'm not, but want to get faster at doing 5-6k runs. Running for longer than that seems to aggravate an old knee injury I have. Which is annoying because I feel like 10k is within reach but I might break myself if I try it!

PhoenixFromTheFlames · 01/03/2012 15:23

Thanks outlaw!
Yes I'm not too bad atm, just stretching each coffee break :) I'm doing a 10k 3 weeks on Sunday so I need to keep upping my distance. Want to be confident doing at least 8k by the run with the ethos that adrenaline will take me the last two k on the day. We're on holiday next week but there's a gym in the hotel if the weather is bad so no excuses!

I saw the piccies on t'other place bugs, looked fabulous. Glad you had a good time.
Well I'm delighted :) been to the gym and got weighed and measured. I've lost 3lb this month, bringing my total since new year to 12lbs! I'm the lightest I've been since I joined the gym and am 20 inches smaller! Main things are: I'm now in the 'overweoght' category instead of obese and I feel great. Definitely sticking with Paul Mckenna's system!
