gah, x-post - it was the 4th last I meant. I'm going to swan off again now.

AriesWithBellsOn · 21/12/2011 16:47

What was wrong with the second one?

Chope the head off and look at the chest.

< snorts the baby dust lines whilst no one is looking>

I have had the sechs 4 bloody times & it's only CD7. I think SSG is on some sort of mission. No one can say Could Try Harder if we continue at this rate.

Did I ever tell anyone I once worked in a religious community for a year? I'm a bit like Boo - ecumenical I think the word is. And like Riebee says we've all got to have something to keep us going. Now pass me that gin.

MadameBoodolf · 21/12/2011 18:23

Was it Iona Frosty?

HaveUrselfAFaithyChristmasBaby · 21/12/2011 18:41

ok, ok he's hot, I admit it.
Well excellent day in the Fath household....I've decided to go for that house. It's huge but we'll need se storage and can essentially live on the first two floors.
And! Our clothes came back, including my face jeans Xmas Grin I'll be back after dinner for more commenting and Fred reading.

HaveUrselfAFaithyChristmasBaby · 21/12/2011 19:21

Oh I've just read that boo how I'm pregnant she needs a good fish slap! Had to resist the urge to write snotty comments.

AriesWithBellsOn · 21/12/2011 19:23

He is quite, er, something isn't he?

HaveUrselfAFaithyChristmasBaby · 21/12/2011 19:32

He is in that pic. He doesn't make me wibble when I watch him in films though..

NortheyPole · 21/12/2011 19:36

Ooh cool, frosty, that sounds amazing.

On the subject of religious revelations, I feel a bit odd admitting this, but the morning before I got a bfp, I prayed the most hefty prayer I have ever prayed in my life and the first serious one I have prayed in years. So there you go.

HaveUrselfAFaithyChristmasBaby · 21/12/2011 19:39

Your DP goes to church doesn't he northeat?
frosty- that sounds cool Xmas Grin

HaveUrselfAFaithyChristmasBaby · 21/12/2011 19:40

What is with my ups tonight?!

HaveUrselfAFaithyChristmasBaby · 21/12/2011 19:40

typos!

NortheyPole · 21/12/2011 19:48

Yeah, but we go to different ones, faithlet.

HaveUrselfAFaithyChristmasBaby · 21/12/2011 19:51

Just remembered from the annoying days you saying he went off to church...somehow I imagined he was Catholic.

NortheyPole · 21/12/2011 20:12

Other way round. He's C of E and I'm all Popish. Though, like boo, he's also quite woo :)

NortheyPole · 21/12/2011 20:15

Would it be a bit disrespectful to have a BESH temple/mosque/church/sacred oak thing for the next fred? With vengeful fertility gods, and ritual stuff?

Or is it a bit early to decide?

HaveUrselfAFaithyChristmasBaby · 21/12/2011 20:17

I'm so not woo! Had to Ladd, was in my Dad's Methodist church on Sunday for 9 lessons and carols using the KJ version celebrating 400 000 years of using it I may be exaggerating slightly and I thought if someone who nothing about church came to this, would they understand anything? I'm free church myself.
Shall I have a stab at making my forozen Christmas pudding then?

FriendofDorothy · 21/12/2011 20:46

I think we should have a Woo Totem Pole - seeing as we are all so interested in poles.

I am feeling a little better tonight. I received a fabulous letter (like a proper handwritten one on paper and everything) from one of my very lovely and gorgeous gay friends who lives in the USA. I miss him loads and in some ways we are very similar. Hearing from him has cheered me up loads.

Also, tonight I went with my Mum and Dad and The Mister to a real life outdoor nativity. There was sheep and everything - it was lovely!

AriesWithBellsOn · 21/12/2011 23:46

Aren't we having a Franglais fred next? We've done woo before.

I sometimes get part way through a prayer, realise the pointlessness and stop, then get terrified it may be true after all and gabble out the rest of it superstitiously. Talk about fucked up.

MadameBoodolf · 21/12/2011 23:59

I want to come to that Pagan Solstice thingy next year JinglyRamwoman.

Yes, we did a woo fred, I did it and no-one got diffed :(

I have prayed. I may sacrifice some goats at midnight. Oh look it is midnight!
