I really don't know how consultants get away with it. I don't expect to be able to remember every detail from a bunch of documents but I do make some effort to prepare for meetings so the client doesn't have to give the same information several times. It's basic professionalism.

lugs I tend to deal with things that upset other people by getting angry. I rarely cry but I definitely get a rage reaction to upsetting things. You let it out whichever way works for you.

A nice swanky salon really adds to the hair do experience. It always feels very indulgent. I like to find salons that serve white wine. But real coffee is a better choice!
