Northey she posted on the PESH thread, she had some brown spotting, GP said not to worry but booked early scan today. She posted in the Thread in the night that she 'thought the fat lady had sung' and I presume after the scan today the Mc was confirmed :( poor love.

  • complimented Rie's new name and contemplated potential holiday moniker changes of my own
  • went on a bit about being sick as a dog, drinking peppermint tea, eating popcorn and developing a huge crush on Sarah Lund
-bitched a bit about work, then was sort of grateful it is distracting me from That Other Business -sent mugs of gin all around

Sorry Cavey, our laptop is at the menders so I only have the big clunky old computer in the other room, so can't watch and type at the same time! I thought Chelsee was wonderful, Jason was annoyingly good and yet boring, Harry was ok I guess, Alex was a little dull, Holly was pretty good, and I just felt sorry for Robbie. I was glad they didn't mention anything about the week he's just had or he could have been accused of going for the sympathy vote. He looked awfully sad:(

Anyway, wrong thread for that sort of thing.

Bloody hell my house just caught on fire. Proper fire alarms woke us, had to call fire brigade. Kitchen which we haven't even finished/finished paying for yet is gutted, living room is totally smoke damaged.
I.can't quite believe it. We could have died. MSB checks the fire alarms every week. He saved my life. I can't believe this happened.
