So, after almost turning myself inside out giving birth to DC1, we've decided to take the plunge and try for another. Thought this would be a good place to share excitement / terror / general state of knackeredness. Just watch your feet as you come in. I haven't had chance to tidy the lego away yet and you know how much it hurts when you stand on it.
Glass of Wine anyone?

DD seems to love school, well so far anyway, its only been 3 afternoons she starts fulltime days tomorrow but she seems happy at moment and adores her teacher. DH works a lot, and sometimes quite late so by the time he is home and dd is in bed and we ve eaten and washed up, we re both knackered so quite often we ( well mainly me) cant be bothered with swi! Still a special effort this month , just frustrating not knowing when i ovulate or if I ovulate!

So anyone got any pregnancy symptoms to report? I am feeling very bloated and grumpy, so have decided probably not ovulating and AF probably arriving a little early maybe in a week or so. I was very bloated with dd though so who knows, maybe I am i with a chance. Must not take pregnancy test though, far too early, would just waste money. If i keep repeating this I might stick to it. Lol.

MPT - sorry for laughing but the pushchair incident sounds like something that would happen to me, have a big glass of wine and a slice of cake and you ll soon feel better.

monkeypuzzeltree · 07/09/2011 22:00

To anybody who saw it would have looked very funny too, I am so sore now, have a graze on my leg which warrants one of DDs peppa pig plasters. Sniff!

Off to bed, night ladies.

Clandy · 07/09/2011 23:16

Aww bless! Mpt sounds traumatic/very funny! We have peppa pig plasters, although dd thinks they are stickers so most have been stuck onto her top!!

Im so pleased she has a friend, and so cute that your dd thought you hid her friend in the shed!! Grin

No signs over here to report although I am looking frumpy and feeling a little grumpy (excuse the rhyme!) but that has nowt do with pregnancy.....

HorridCold · 08/09/2011 19:57

Hello all,

Welcome turn and hello everyone. I've made nachos this evening, help yourselves.

I'm definitely not pg but I'm feeling symptoms all the time - LOL!

I'm back on my phone now so can't leave long messages, but I will write when I can.

Dh is on nights this week and since I've already ovd I'm making the most of the rest - ha ha! He's got next week off and is visiting his friend in London, so since af is here its not an issue. Just means that he will be up for it at the right time.

Right, off to watch sex in the city 2, I will pass the popcorn!

Xxx

Ps: when I'm back on my laptop on Monday I will change my name!

Numberjacker · 08/09/2011 20:30

Shall we run a little competition to suggest good names for HC? Wink

Clandy · 08/09/2011 21:12

Ooooh yes I love that idea.... (Clandy slopes off to quiet corner with pad and pen to get thinking....)

HorridCold · 08/09/2011 21:23

Oooh how exciting. I won't take part in the competition and instead will choose my favourite! Brilliant!

I am clearly morbid as I'm watching a programme about 9/11 on demand.

I better have a glass of wine because it does make me sad...

ChildOfThe1980s · 08/09/2011 21:31

HorridCold, maybe you could call yourself YoungAndFun instead? Or ClearNosed? Or RadiantGlow? The possibilities are endless. :p

I have been feeling preg symptoms for 2 weeks now and I'm still on the pill! So annoying. I'll have some wine too, please.

Clandy · 08/09/2011 21:47

I am currently thinking it should be something that can be shortened to HC still! But loving Childs suggestions ESP chuckling at clearnosed!! Ooooh this is a toughie! Grin

Clandy · 08/09/2011 21:49

Oh and HC I watched a 9/11 thing last nite about the people that jumped off the towers oh my goodness it made me cry but like the really sad real cry that is usually only saved for the worst possible times it was horrid they even showed a video that I could not bare to watch and had to cover the screen of someone falling! Sad filling up now..... Sad

Numberjacker · 08/09/2011 21:54

Am liking the RadiantGlow suggestion! Off to get my thinking cap on.....

Clandy · 08/09/2011 22:00

Yes I like RadiantGlow (sounds a little bit like an airfreshener type name tho iyswim??) and RC is similar to HC!! Smile

Numberjacker · 08/09/2011 22:08

You're very brave watching those types of documentaries, I can't even watch crimewatch getting nightmares!

Numberjacker · 08/09/2011 22:09

The missing word there was "without" Confused

Clandy · 08/09/2011 22:20

Haha numberjacker that made me laugh! I don't know what I was thinking to be honest it was horrible bit felt kind of disrespectful to turn it off. I think it just Hit me how huge it was cos I was only 13 when it happened so sort of washed over my head in the way things do when your that age.

Do love a bit of crime watch tho Grin

Numberjacker · 08/09/2011 22:24

Clandy · 08/09/2011 22:26

Wow numberjacker I am in awe of your genius!!! I have got as far as happy for the H and that is it.... Blush

Clandy · 08/09/2011 22:27

Think they just say "don't have nightmares, goodnight" but that could be completely made up....! Smile

Numberjacker · 08/09/2011 22:28

Nothing better to do, as too early in the cycle to SWI. Grin

Numberjacker · 08/09/2011 22:31
