Anyone want to join me at the start of another 2 ww?

I am due on around the 11th/12th of May. This is our 4th cycle of TTC number 2, after a MC last Jan, and our 2nd cycle using a Clear Blue Fertility Monitor to keep track of things. We managed to DTD 5 times (a record for us!) in the days just before and while I was (hopefully) ovulating, so I have (despite my best efforts) got my hopes up that this month will be the month.

Anyone else out there got 2 weeks of waiting and symptom-checking looming and want some company?

mmc in dec (thought i was 12 weeks but actually sac was 9 weeks), so 4th cycle of ttc. 2nd cycle of CBFM. so far, hubbie been away loads with work, always at the wrong times it seems but this month is first time he has been home at the right time! Due around 11th May too :-)

on my 2nd peak day today, so on with the 2ww!

I've just looked back at my calendar and the last time I had a longer cycle (36 days) was September 2010. Since then all have been 26-30. I am now on day 38! If AF had started when I had the spotting it would have been even earlier than when I thought I was due, which was slightly earlier than predicted, because my ACL is skewed due to previous long cycles (used to sometimes go over 40 days). I didn't have any AF type cramps at all when I had the spotting, whereas I usually wonder why I've got backache/tummyache for a while before twigging that AF has started. I keep thinking I'm holding it off but I'm more relaxed than I have been for quite some time and previously it was stress causing the long cycles. When I had the spotting I even just thought oh I've started early how annoying, until it turned out to be so little and then stopped which is when I said if we'd tried properly I'd think I was pg - as it seemed so classically like what I've read about implantation bleeding. But in that case shouldn't I have had a BFP by now? It's been over a week.
The only symptom I now have is on/off cramps, so I keep thinking AF is coming but no sign so far. I was also sick on Monday night - OH had the oven on and it didn't smell very nice - but that could have been nerves due to going back to work the next day.

Can I join in? I've got a week left of the 2ww and starting to get (even more) obsessed. Cycle 6 for me and AF is due on 7 May. Pretty certain we missed the vital SWI window this month as DH was away (for a change, he always seems to be away) but you never know.
I've got very sore boobs today, quite a lot of CM and a bit of a crampy ache on my right side. Nothing else at the moment.
I've got my first acupuncture session booked on the 11th so if I get AF at least I've got something positive to look forward to.

Where's the cheapest place to buy tests from? Actual shop rather than online please. I don't know if I can wait much longer before testing!

Feeling a bit sick now! Dull cramps, similar to AF but not quite the same as if it's just coming on.

A question for all those of you on the 2ww - do you think the ovulation pains - acheyness on one side - come before or after actual egg release? Am now panicking that we did not SWI close enough to ov!
Never done ov tests - so just relied on ewm - but now thinking I have got it all wrong!!

I'm not sure but always assumed they were on the day I ov so maybe before then. I hope it is anyway as that would tally with when I thought I would have ov'd.

I think it depends on what you are feeling. You could feel egg release or it travelling down the tubes or whatever. Appparently not everyone feels the same thing, so there is no easy answer to this.

Not much to report here apart from stabby left sided pains that sort of radiate down my thigh (?!). I've also got a stinking cold!

I've been having some pains in my right hand side, towards my back for about the last week. Not sure what that's all about!

My boobs are very tender and the last couple of days I was getting cramps but haven't had them today. I have been feeling really tired today though and have spent most of it lying on the sofa!

Yesterday I seemed to need a wee constantly, which was annoying but I'm hoping it was a positive sign! Probably not as it hasn't happened today.

Morning all. Day 22 here for me (I think, or maybe 21, I'll need to check!). I think my boobs feel bigger, but I thought that last month and it was just PMS, so am trying to ignore them.

Thought I might do a list of all our names and what day we're on, to make this into a 'proper' MN thread!

Hi ladies. I'm having an afternoon nap, my cold has wiped me out completely! Still having little twinges but trying very hard not to get my hopes up. Im day 21 today which is my longest cycle since my mc in feb so even if I'm not pg it seems as if things are getting back to normal which is good.

hairy fingers crossed for you. When would you expect AF? I'm never sure when PMT starts for me, I used not to notice it at all but now of course, I'm super-sensitive to every tiny PMT symptom.

I really need to know! How possible is it that I had the spotting that exactly fits the description and timing of implantation bleeding, but will go on to have a normal AF? I know I should just do another test but I hate to keep seeing BFNs, if I'm not pregnant AF should be here by now. I can't concentrate on anything and I'm just bursting to talk about it, so frustrating!

Hi all, just wondering if I can join - am on our first month TTC #2 and although it took a year and a half with DD1 (so unlikely to get lucky first time!) I can't help feeling excited! Am due on Friday 13 May (unlucky omen?!)

Am going to try and enjoy the wait and avoid POAS till I am due (ha ha!)

My ucl is 28 days so due on 10th the same day as my blood results for recurrent mc are due. Although last month I was 27 days.

milo I really don't know about implantation bleeding and then possibly getting AF. It's all a bit of a mystery I think. The only thing you can do is either wait for AF or keep testing every 3 days or so until you get a BFP. Miserable, I know, and totally takes over your head. I feel like there's a voice in my head shouting, "I'm TTC but it's not working", even when I'm having a totally rational conversation. Sometimes I wonder how other people can't hear it!

Think I can join you with the pms *hairy^ :(. I'm a right grumpio this afternoon (although it may be my headache and tiredness from my cold or my inlaws staying...)

I think I forgot that last month had 31 days, so actually think I'm due on tomorrow rather than on the 3rd. Today I am feeling how I often do the day before a period starts, so I don't think I'm pregnant unfortunately. Always a slight chance though I suppose.

I've been overly grumpy this weekend. Last time I was very sensitive and cried easily so maybe it's grumpiness this time?

It could well be pmt too though. I do have some tummy cramps too which I don't usually get.

I promised myself I wouldn't symptom spot oops!

It's impossible not to symptom spot. I am going to change bras. This one is a bit tight around the ribs and could be interfering with my ability to tell if my boobs are tender or not. Sigh. Just want want want to be pregnant and to stop this TTC merry-go-round.

Oh, btw, I am not at all laying off the booze. A glass of wine seems to be the only thing keeping me sane. I think I just have to believe that a glass of red wine or two isn't going to make the difference. I might change my mind if we don't have any luck soon.

7dpo today. Having quite a few cramps but had those last month too.

I am planning to start my daily testing experiment tomorrow to see if I can pick up anything. I am not hopeful though - I've had no dizziness/lightheadedness this cycle.
