okeydokey, my period was due on friday, sure enough it showed up friday morning. it was all average etc, but without any period pains. carried on bleeding saturday until about 6pm. then it stopped. nothing yesterday. nothing today. Ive had none of the normal stuff that goes with my period (headaches, backache, cramps, moodswings) and Im a bit worried. I dont feel pg and refuse to get my hopes up, but this is a bit weird tbh.

Lissie - only 3 days until your scan, just take it 1 day at a time. If the back ache and diarrhoea continue - please phone your gP in the morning, you know what it could mean! BUT fingers crossed it is just one of those early pg things.

i hope so malva, Im calling the gp anyway to get the results of my bloods and check that its a viable pg. i know im being chicken, but I really dont want a scan if its bad news, I cant cope with seeing another empty womb on a screen.

I know it's hard to do, but you should try to take it one step at a time - not long to go til your scan.

aw, thank you, and im trying to stay upbeat. How I long for those days when I didnt know about rising HCG levels, immunology disorders, and how many things can go wrong. when I was pg with ds I bled from 5w-21w, and the first scan I had was at 5w, I thought I was 7w. so when the mw said "theres a sac in there but matching 5w gestation" my foirst thought was "Ive got my dates wrong" didnt consider that there was something wrong.

but my stomach is swollen and i feel nauseous, and Im not bleeding. for now I am pregnant.

aw, youre all so lovely. tbh, ive spent most of the day just relaxing. had a 2.5hr nap after lunch, just trying to convince myself that I can cope with some toast. have watched Tangled twice today and despicible me with The Boy. but dh has had to go to work and wont be in til 7am

What are you plans for this evening to keep yourself distracted from the pukey feelings? Got any good non-disney films to keep yourself occupied? I have yet to decided what to do this evening, so have you any suggestions for me?

thank you, I have hardly slept. been up all night with severe diarrhoea and vomitting, really, really badly. I was supposed to call the gp tomorrow, but I am so worried about an ep now that I will call today

Lissie, sorry to hear you are so unwell. I hope that the GP is helpful today for you. Do you have to go to your GP or could you go straight to the EPU? Sorry you probrably don't feel like answering questions right now.

i have to go through the gp, i doubt they will scan me at epu til my appointment on weds anyway. i feel so ill, i could cry. and i promised ds a trip to wonderland today, dont know if i can face it.
