hugs knitter xxx so sorry you.re going through this. Izz is right though, you have a much better chance of things being fine than not. That's not going to stop the worry though. Thinking of you xxx

Wombat33 · 05/04/2011 19:30

Hi choccy! Sounds exciting! Could be v early implantation. Could poss also be late ov? How long are your cycles normally?

Velvetcu · 05/04/2011 19:32

Pink goo sounds promising!

nickstermum · 05/04/2011 19:39

collie Grin i get that feeling hon.

kat2504 · 05/04/2011 20:30

knitter so sorry you have to have the cvs and that you have all this worry. Seems very unfair after all you have already been through. Have everything crossed that you will be on the right side of the statistics this time.

mousebacon · 05/04/2011 20:52

Just delurking to send (((hugs))) to knitter. I really hope knitterbean is ok xxx

owlbooty · 05/04/2011 21:15

sounds promising I reckon :)

Knits so sorry you're getting more stress just when things should be calming down a bit. The odds are on your side and I shall keep things crossed for you and hope for the best possible news very soon x

KnitterNotTwitter · 05/04/2011 21:19

Thanks for all the messages everyone. Still can hardly believe it. DH being lovely. Haven't told DS. I'm sure tomorrow will be fine - dreading the results though....

mattsmama · 05/04/2011 21:23

Knitter - so sorry you have all this extra worry. Will be thinking of you tomorrow and FX for the best possible outcome xx

Velvet How appalling and third world that you have to wait until THURSDSAY for a bloody scan. RIDICULOUS! Hope you can stay sane until then chick.

Choccy Sounds v much like implantation bleeding. Try not to fret too much!

Delilah Not heard anything from you for a while - I do hope everything is okay after your scan yesterday?

Dachs Hope your not in too much pain! I would definitely stick to paracetamol only. Make the most of your rest time.

Hello everyone else Smile

Ninunina · 05/04/2011 22:27

knitter so sorry to hear that you're going to have to go through a difficult week. Fx that you will be in the 2/3 bracket. Just to give you a positive outcome, my cousin's perfect little girl was a 1/3 risk.

IzzyWizzyletsgetbusy · 05/04/2011 22:33

great to see you again, lovely! Hope you are well!

That does sound a bit like possible implantation - any idea when you ov'd? Just for comparison, I think I had IB from about 5dpo this time.

You'll also find quite a few of us hanging out in the 6th form common room - come and have a look when you get a minute and you will see plenty of familiar names xx

knitter best of luck for tomorrow x

Night, all x

OrangeGloss · 05/04/2011 22:40

Knitter sorry you have this uncertainty, but the odds are in your favour (((hugs)))

Tunnocks good work booking the private scan, giving some reassurance

Dachs how awful, are you at home now being looked after? A call to your MW or pharmacy might put your mind at ease about painkillers. Boots are good for thing like that

Velvet what a lovely understanding boss :)

A colleague is selling some baby stuff, so I'm trying to think practical and buy their travel system. But it feels so scary like we'll jinx things by buying things, but just trying to be practical

Choccybick · 05/04/2011 23:22

Cheers ladies. Lovely to see you again!

izzy velvet ive not been temping and don't know when OV. Last thurs maybe? Im on Day 19 UCL 27.....has been 26 last 2 Times.
Im trying to stay calm. Boobies are twinging too. My Imaginations Running wild.

Night Night. Will Pop in from Time to Time and Hope to join you "properly".
Goodnight Ladies and Little beans x

wombatinwaiting · 06/04/2011 05:20

Morning all and special hello to velvet - I hope there is no more pink goo and the strain of waiting until tomorrow is not proving too stressful. Did you get some sleep last night? Good to hear about your supportive HOD.

Special hello to knitter also - you sound as if you are being very brave and logical about things - not an easy feat. Good luck with the procedure today and fingers tightly crossed that the stats are with you. Thinking of you lots.

How is the pain dachs? So glad to hear that the doc was so reassuring about the beans - must be a weight off your mind. Good move to take it easy and as you say, public transport - ouch!

wombatinwaiting · 06/04/2011 05:23

A quick question to you all - I'm having physio for some middle and lower back issues and my physio knows I'm pg. At the last session she put one of those wheat heat packs on my middle back to warm it up for about 5 mins before some treatment - I know they caution about getting too hot when pg but I assume this would be ok. The area got lovely and warm but I didn't feel particularly hot as the room was quite cold. Without meaning to sound OTT, do you think the heat packs are ok? Thanks in advance

OrangeGloss · 06/04/2011 05:49

WIW nice to see you around :) the heat pack wasn't on your front, and you didn't physically overheat, and she knew you're pg so seems fine to me, but I'm not an expert sorry

I forgot to ask, when someone does the list could they add an extra day to me? I lost one somewhere, and don't want to risk on iPhone. I should be 18+3 today. Thanks :)

wombatinwaiting · 06/04/2011 06:55

Thanks orange - I thought that was probably the case but always good to get some mn reassurance. 18+3 sounds soooooo nice! Smile

PinkFondantFancy · 06/04/2011 07:11

knitter I'll be thinking of you today. So sorry you've got this extra worry. It's about time that you fell into the 2/3 side of the odds though so I'll be keeping everything crossed for you. It's good news about the heart being fine - try and hang onto that.

choooocccccyyyyyy heeeellllooooo! I've been reading your blog, it's brilliant! I agree with the others, I'm getting my hopes up for you :) Let us know what happens!

orange you can't possibly jinx it, and I've also come to the conclusion that I need to start acting as if a baby is actually going to come later this year.... Tis scary though, I agree!

velvet I am so Angry at the way you have been treated. I understand that they are under-resourced but leaving you to mental until Thursday is not on. Really glad your boss was understanding, good work telling him. Fingers crossed today flies by and that you get good news on Thursday.

tunnocks well done on booking the scan, I think it's a good idea.

cep good work joining the list!! :)

WIW I think it's ok, like orange says, I think it's only a problem if you're heating up your whole body e.g. in a sauna or something.

Velvetcu · 06/04/2011 07:13

Good luck today knitter

Youremindmeofthebabe · 06/04/2011 07:26
