passes freshly made bread and best butter around

Oh ladies, I'm so buggered with this bleeding.....

Yesterday morning, i thought AF had got me, by lunch it had stopped but all that was showing was a small amount of brown fluid or old blood.

At bedtime last night it showed again, but woke up this morning thinking that AF would be waving her ugly head at me and again- NOTHING. apart from a small amount of brown fluid.

Obviously because i thought AF was going to be their this morning i didn't collect urine sample for a test!!!

Haven't got a clue when I'm meant to be due my AF because of irregular cycles either, and i've read that if it's too early into implantation it would only be negative anyway!

someone pass me a brownie, I'm mega fed up!

spidookly · 22/03/2011 10:48

I think because of your very long cycles you are probably someone who genuinely will need to test repeatedly because it's very hard to know if any BFN is for real or just because it's too early in your cycle to get a positive test.

If your head is a bit wrecked and you think testing will offer you some clue as to what's going on, then do it.

MickyLee · 22/03/2011 10:51

Crowns Spidookly head of the bus

BlueCrane · 22/03/2011 10:52

oh ocey I'm so sorry for the confusion re AF... there seem to be a lot of confusing 'symptoms' on this bus at the moment...confusing AF's or maybe implantations and irritating non-lines on POAS! Confused let's hope there's some answers soon!!

Oceynorm · 22/03/2011 10:55

Thanks spidookly

I've done three tests already, about a week before all this and all came back BFN.

From when i think i noticed Luteal phase, it's day 13 post ovulation.... (if i was right from seeing different discharge)

Any ideas from when it would be a good idea to test post ovulation!?

munches brownie with gusto

Hi all - can I join? Have been lurking for a bit, but tempted out of lurkdom by offers of brownies and freshly buttered bread - YUM!

I'm TTC#1, cycle 1, UCL 31, CD 26. And am driving myself mad with imagining feeling a smorgasbord of early pregnancy symptoms. Was convinced last night that I was feeling implantation on 9DPO, but it could well have been the lasagne we made for dinner.... :)

Welcome Molly... I love the name Molly. I always intended to name a daughter Molly, if I had one. Then I got a puppy and named it Molly... would it be weird to have a dog and a baby both named Molly?

maybebabyR · 22/03/2011 11:03

Haha tanif that really made me chuckle! Grin

MollyDefoe · 22/03/2011 11:04

:) I also love the name Molly (it's not my RL name), and would also like to call a daughter Molly. Or a cat. Whichever comes first! :)

MickyLee · 22/03/2011 11:13

Welcome to the bus molly

Is sassy around? Her AF was due a visit 2 days ago. Wonder what the outcome was?

spidookly · 22/03/2011 11:13

Sorry guys, don't mean to be too bossy. I am certainly not the bus leader. seven is our conductor and that's all we need.

This is what happens when I don't have anything to do except sit about with my mates orange, weimy and peapop throwing cake and moaning about how crap I feel.

I have put my energy into a bit of list housekeeping to make up for it:

BlueCrane - I think we need a bit of good news soon, but looking at the list, I'm not sure where's it's going to come from before Friday.

maybebabyR · 22/03/2011 11:14

FX it's the baby molly!!

This 2ww is boring me now. I am trying very hard not to symptom spot, and, even if I do say so myself, I am doing rather well!!

BUT, at work ( I am a scientist) everything I read at the moment is egg/ sperm related!! No escaping conception, even at work!!

spidookly · 22/03/2011 11:16

Sorry, but PMSL @ poor maybe having to deal with sperm and egg all day at work :o

That is like a special torture devised just to drive you bonkers :o

maybebabyR · 22/03/2011 11:19

I know spidookly serves me right for bein so smug about not symptom spotting Grin

Tanif · 22/03/2011 11:21

maybe I'm having something similar. I'm a lawyer and I seem to be dealing with an awful lot of paternity tests at the moment. Had someone demanding a maternity test the other day which seemed bizarre... I think I'd remember whether or not I personally had pissed a watermelon, but there you go.

MollyDefoe · 22/03/2011 11:23

Tanif That made me laugh out loud! I'm sitting in a library doing some research for my next book (well, in between checking MN threads), and just got some very weird looks from the people sitting around me!

maybebabyR · 22/03/2011 11:24

Haha! Classic tanif!!

Maybe it can ease our fears of childbirth??!!

spidookly · 22/03/2011 11:26

:o @ maternity test

I want to see the Jeremy Kyle where THAT is the theme :o

(not really)

MickyLee · 22/03/2011 11:26

tanif That is so funny Grin I can't imagine how someone would be unsure. Did she think she may have taken the wrong baby or something?

spidookly I crowned you for the good advice rather than being bossy :)

You lot have very good jobs. I am impressed! I was a beauty therapist before moving to turkey (where I couldn't get a work permit)

MickyLee · 22/03/2011 11:29

maybe don't worry about childbirth, it does hurt but I am happy to give it a third go and I am a wimp! Plus I won't be heading to the UK for this one and here Normal births are without any drugs Shock

Tanif · 22/03/2011 11:34

Micky you're brave, I want to be so full of drugs I feel like a liberal arts student at Glastonbury!

spidookly · 22/03/2011 11:35

:(

God, this bus needs cheering up.

Round of 10 Green Bottles anyone?

Anyone know any jokes?

Here's something funny, especially for our scientist maybe

spidookly · 22/03/2011 11:37

Should mention, that clip NSFW (if your work dislikes swearing)

maybebabyR · 22/03/2011 11:37

Grinat Jeremy Kyle spidookly

Thanks micky I'm fairly sure it makes you the opposite of a wimp if you're on number 3 Smile
