Sorry if that didn't make sense. Turkish keyboard and different letters that don't make sence. Will try again

What a nightmare Thinking poor you. A complete head f*ck! Get yourself a decent test later and let us know. Can't imagine how once a line is there, it can go again.. think the makers do it on purpose to make you use another and so sell more?

rew108 · 22/03/2011 07:56

hey

weepy today! Usually get before my period....

MickyLee we should maybe map this month after AF...if we don't get a BFP. When did you come off?

thinking Aaaaarggghhh! that's a total headfuck isn't it? I feel a trip to buy CB digis may be called for...

Just mentalling it out over here. Last month the brown goo started at 8 dpo (tomorrow) and I'm hoping and praying that this month is my month. I hope so.

Nell799 · 22/03/2011 09:02

Just adding me in. Think I've done it right . Anyone who charts , do you sit staring at it to see if it gives a clue as to whether you are pregnant ?

MickyLee · 22/03/2011 09:03

Came off the pill on the 23rd Feb. If it is 28 days then AF due 26th March. But who knows really! It will drive me crazy if it doesn't and I get a BFP with a test.

My 2 other DC were concieved without me taking the pill before so not sure how long it will take for my cycles to return to normal.

Although on the positive side, DD was concieved on the first try and DS was concieved with pre-ejeculation as DH withdraw (Grinmore TMI) DH thinks he has supersperm! I think he just got lazy and didn't remove himself quick enough

MickyLee · 22/03/2011 09:05

I mean if I get a BFN on a test when AF doesn't arrive!

Pregnancy symptom for today - Acting dizzy Grin

rew108 · 22/03/2011 09:18

Maybe i should have waited to come off at the end of a pack of pills! It's so confusing! I may have the dates wrong but I have been over it many times!!

MickyLee · 22/03/2011 09:45

I had a 7 day break then was 4 days into new packet when I stopped. But I still had a bleed for 3 days. I didn2t think it was possible with only having a period the week before.

I suppose that's why doctors advise you to come off the pill for a few cycles before TTC.

sevendwarves · 22/03/2011 09:47

thinking what a nightmare! Get yourself a FR, if it's a BFN don't test again until AF is due.

Got my smear test tomorrow but I ovulated early this month so I'm already in my 2ww (will be 3-4dpo). Will that be ok or should I reschedule for next month (if I'm unlucky this cycle)?

LB1982 · 22/03/2011 09:55

What's all the talk of 'internet cheapies'? In the past (when I've had scares) I've purchased the Superdrug ones or Boots ones - 2 for £8 or so. They have always worked for me. Are 'internet cheapies' very unreliable?

MickyLee · 22/03/2011 10:06

And just out of interest, how much are the internet cheapies?

Here in Turkey, they don't sell the branded tests but sell basic ones (still in a plastic case with 2 lines for a BFP thpough) and they are 3 lira each, which works out to be 1.25p each!! Very good value :)

orangehead · 22/03/2011 10:11

Sorry peapop that af got you, but there is a seat here at the back for you with me, spidookly, Olismum and Weimy with have cake that you can either eat to help your cramps or throw at others if you still feelinga bit pmt Grin.
We will chuck you some fresh cake thinking and WaitingforStork.
I agree thinking you need to get a proer test, fx for you

BlueCrane · 22/03/2011 10:16

micky I got 25 internet cheapies from ebay for £4.20 so a bargain for POAS but only bfns last month before AF came so don't know how reliable they'll be if I am actually PG...as I said before they do ease the pain of the 2ww and cost a lot less!

thinking I would get yourself an FR as seven suggested and then try and wait after that if it's a bfn

spidookly how are you doing this morning? Any more signs of AF or still jsut spotting?

iggly how are you today as well? Try to stay calm...

googietheegg · 22/03/2011 10:18

Just did an internet cheapie and it was BFN, but I'm still only 7dpo, so it was just wishful thinking!

MickyLee - these ones are v cheap - about £6 for 20 tests i think. Bought off ebay (new though!!)

spidookly · 22/03/2011 10:22

LB

Don't bother with Internet cheapies. You might as well just get sticks out of your garden to wee on for all the use they are.

They are just a way of making TTC into an unpleasant and needlessly stressful experience as far as I can see.

Other people think they are useful, but from what I've seen on this thread they are the work of the devil.

Thinking - are you sure these lines are showing up within the specified time?

Because if not, there's not really anything to be confused about, you're just getting BFNs.

I don't think you should spend money on expensive tests yet. I really think you need to wait this out. You're either pregnant now or you're not. Nothing you do this week is going to change that.

But you will put yourself in a horrible, stressed out position if this is a BFN and you have to do it all again next month. Truly, sweetheart, this is not helping.

TTC is a long game and a positive outlook has been shown to help. So paying attention to your state of mind is a lot more useful than driving yourself nuts constantly doing tests.

:) :) :)

peapop - :(

That one was only a practice :)

Youremind - that's what I have now - the brown goo Hmm
