I'm having an emotional evening, my Mom has come to stay and whilst I'm loving our catch up I've found out some bad news and am struggling to process it. Disturbing really. Am also wishing TGB was at home as he is good in a crisis. In more uplifting news, the stag do he is on is for his cousin who is an identical twin and the OMGtwinz have dressed up as the 118 men. Don't worry Truffs I'm only just allowed to be a BESH, being prone to admit to tears and stuff. I like to believe that there's a strength in admitting that I'm not a DHB but that's probably a weak argument.

I'm actually not prone to much emotion, aside from the occasional pre-droid rant fest! I have found out that my sister has been in a pretty horrible situation and there is nothing I can do about it except be there for her. My Mom didn't want to tell me on the phone as she knew she was coming down, so waited until she got here today. I'm hoping to travel up to hers next weekend if she's happy for me to stay.

My Mom has fallen asleep on the sofa, we've watched Sherlock Holmes and were watching 'Clash of the Titans' (her choice) but fair enough it's a bit wanky so she's probably better off asleep!

Lovely lunch tomorrow, then pedicures (the strange fish nibble ones if you recall!) and finally my brother's gig so lots to look forward to.

My tactis for the next 36 hours (ish) is to focus on the nice times we have planned and not talk about The Bad Thing as much as possible as it can't be changed by dwelling on it. I can then let it all out when TGB is home tomorrow night (he'll have to just deal with the 2 day hangover ) and then go up to see my sis next weekend for supporting / hugging / non-erotic violence etc

In all of this, I hope at least the BESH will understand that when I updated my FF chart with my temp this morning, I was really pleased to realise that as droid arrived a day earlier than expected, my predicted OV date has moved forward to next Sunday. This means we can still have 'sechs week' (TM) up to Saturday morning when I head off and if we miss Sunday that shouldn't matter as it is likely to be actual egg laying day so the swimmers will already be in place. God my brain is a strange place sometimes!

P.S you may need to resort to the floor to avoid discovery by bed springs CuntyMark2 either that or get some WD40 in
