Teenage girls: must-have items this year?

Every year the Christmas lists of many of the teenage girls (my own included) have quite often very similar must-have trending items. So what are they this year? I haven't got my 15-year-old daughter's list yet but trying to get a few items early. She's into all the trendy make-up and usual TikTok nonsense.

Following with interest…though my teen dd isn’t always up to date with trends. She did point out a few expensive bits in Boots yesterday- Bioma? Or some set for £30… cosmetic or cleansing stuff. Not much help am I? Sorry.

My dd says that White Fox is only fashionable for tweens now. Her must-have item this year is Glossier You perfume

I also see quite a few wearing Birkenstock clogs but that may be more of a summer trend.

And Adidas spezials don't seem to be going anywhere.

My teen has some of the things on the lists (like UGGs minis, CT make-up, Jellycats, White Fox, Stanley [that she never bloody used!] etc etc) but I've just ordered a Ralph Lauren knitted jumper and I had already bought her the CT advent calendar as one of her gifts 💝 (with the ASOS discount).

Tempted to get the Hollister pj bottoms and some iets frans joggers, but can any of you more in the know than me tell me which iets frans joggers I need to go for (as I'm clueless)? 😂

If anyone sees any good offers on the Ralph Lauren cable knit jumper please let me know - I have 3 to buy for so not cheap!

Im Struggling this year . My daughter is year 8 she has loads of skincare perfume etc from last year to use up . I know she wants uggs . Just looked at hollister what are the popular items from there ? .

Flannels have a Ralph Lauren knitted jumper for £95 but only in one colour and it's probably the wrong one. The other colours are more expensive but I think might be cheaper than elsewhere

Watching this, not for Christmas, but have bat mitzvah of a very girly-girl cousin in a few weeks, so thinking of what to ger her.

Just checked Vinted and they appear to have a few Ralph Lauren jumpers

There is an off the shoulder jumper which is a must have Hollister item, they keep selling out. The staff all nabbed them too, and had one around the back they were keeping but let me have it.

I think it's best to just give them a budget and let you have a list. Then I get a few stocking fillers as well so they get surprises.

My girl is 17.

A massive pile of DVDs (yes...she likes physical copies of films).

All these expensive fashion items and skin care/make up seem like a parallel universe for the teen girls I know 😂
