Oodie delivery times

It's been almost three weeks and not shipped. I emailed and today they have replied saying hopefully will be shipped by the end of next week, or I can reply CANCEL. Anyone else waiting?

I just received a dispatched email! Month late but, 'touch-wood' they'll be here before Christmas. My True Face purchases will now be gifted to others.

Hi all, I got an apologetic email from a real person at the Oodie, following my emails yesterday. No update on my order, but a promise of an investigation at some point. The tone of it actually made me feel a bit sorry for the personnel involved- the fault lies with the senior managers, not the staff having to deal with all the angry customers. Meanwhile , their logistical problems sound horrendous.

I will update if/when I hear more.

So I got annoyed yesterday, order was 8th November and am continually being fobbed off by customer service with a response telling me they are looking into it, unable to give an idea of when I'll get my order etc. So yesterday I said that now it's been nearly a month I think its really time they agree that the order isn't coning and that they reorder my oodie for me with the hope this new order will be sent. Got an email today saying they reordered and a confirmation email for this new order too. Fingers crossed!! I so wish those oodie was for me after all this hassle but its not lol

Well, the postman came earlier and delivered my 2 oodies, that I ordered on 11/11/23 and then cancelled. You could have knocked me down with a feather.

Been waiting since early November. Had all the usual 'volume of Black Friday sales' blah blah 'you can cancel if you want to' emails, then this morning I got an email telling me that the Oodie had been dispatched. It arrived early this afternoon (!!). So hang in there, it seems that they are working hard to clear the backlog.

It must be hellish working as a customer service agent for them. At least they don't have to take calls and have us all screaming down the phone at them, I suppose. But still...

Would anyone be kind enough to let me know if the delivery packaging has the oodie logo on it? Just wondering for discretion due to it being a Xmas present

@river12 yes, it comes in a translucent coloured bag which I believe says Oodie on it too. My last delivery got promptly shoved in a cupboard 😂

I just received my order - yay! @river12 My package came in the standard grey Roymail Plastic so no Oodie logos. Inside that outer packaging was another layer of branded Oodie branded plastic wrapping(ie, the coloured translucent packaging mentioned above).

Maybe I got an additional grey layer because I received two items.

@river12 Just seen your query re packaging. Mine also came in the grey Royal Mail plastic bag so the contents were hidden, I also received two items. I didn't know what the parcel was until I opened it and even then it wasn't clear, inside were two separate packages in turquoise coloured plastic with big smiley faces on, but no brand name. So your secret might be safe.

I ordered an oodie on the 1st of December and got a 'sorry for the delay' email yesterday. But this morning got a shipping notification that it is with the royal mail and should be delivered tomorrow! Mine is an adult greyhound design one. I was expecting it after Christmas after reading this thread so very surprised.

DH's order came today (2 items, grey bag) so that's his mum & nan sorted at least.

My pre-order from 2 November is all that's outstanding now. Pre-Order ship date should have been 16 November. That's only for DH though and he's got other pressies so not the end of the world if it's after Christmas now. I assume the pre-orders must be coming in late and are suffering the backlog now as everything ordered before then arrived within a week.

@NotaWhiteRefridgerator. It would seem from this thread that Oodie are now slowly making some progress on their backlog, so don't give up hope yet.

mine has arrived. Its big enough to fit two people. I'm pretty sure they've sent me the wrong size or their sizes are off.

I ordered my Oodie (Book) on the 3rd November and I’m still waiting on my delivery, sent so many e-mails in reply to the standard notification of delays, but they go on about the problems they are having and it shouldn’t be long! Asked again if I want to cancel, but will not give a timescale for the deliveries, so annoying as there is no way to contact them directly and now given a 10 day timescale to reply to any queries!! What is going on, is it because it was the reduced cost offer? 😲😲🥺😡

Regarding my o/s order from early November:

I finally got an email from a ‘real’ person addressing the issue with my actual order. Basically, they’ve lost it. No real apology, just ‘do you still want it, or shall we refund?’ Most other companies would at least offer a part-refund in addition to a re-order option.

It’s very unlikely to arrive before Xmas even if I reorder - I am furious 🙃

I ordered the book one and the pizza on 4th November. I was constantly seeing on here about others with same issues of no orders or response from them and also others saying they had ordered well after the above date and had now started receiving theirs.

I cancelled last week in the hope of receiving a refund and using on something else and I asked on here if anyone else who had done this could tell me how long they waited. A poster kindly responded that they had received their refund within a few days of cancellation. I so far have not received anything except an email from Andrew 2 days later saying the usual to be patient and someone will respond with 12 business days.

I am absolutely furious. 5 weeks ago they took my order and money no problem without waiting but now that they have majorly blundered with orders I and so many others have neither my order or refund and to be given no exact date of this especially at this time of the year is appalling customer service. They should have a team working on refunds for those to ensure refunds are issued within the same time frame that they took it.

I ordered weighted blankets from Kuddly last week, I've never used them before and bought as gifts. Before the transaction went through they offered a hooded blanket from their collection at a promotion price of £25 which I added. The order arrived within 3 days. I know that OODIE are Australian based and Kuddly UK based, however I'm sure they will have had multiple orders too yet they still managed to complete the order within their given time frame. The attraction of OODIE is the larger choice of designs, however if you really don't mind a limited choice of designs, then have a look at their collection.
