Oodie delivery times

It's been almost three weeks and not shipped. I emailed and today they have replied saying hopefully will be shipped by the end of next week, or I can reply CANCEL. Anyone else waiting?

I finally contacted them (just in case an email pushes you up the priority queue). It is now saying to expect a response within 12 business days.

Good Lord, it's now 12 business days. It's just getting worse, they must be completely snowed under with orders and no idea what's going on. It's obviously luck of the draw as to who gets their Oodie and when, a bit like buying an expensive lottery ticket. The only saving grace is that eventually you should either get your order or a refund, but nobody knows when either of those things will be happening.

I ordered quite recently, on 27th Nov, but received an email about the delay this morning. They're saying currently a 10 day turnaround, but their percentage chart shows a high percentage of parcels with 3 weeks + estimates.

A lot of excuses. They mention it's not unique to their company, though I can't think of anyone else doing this.

I got an email saying that it was despatched on Friday, but the Royal mail tracker that I checked five minutes ago says that they haven't received it from them.

Hi all, I have replied Andrew’s email days ago about cancelling my order (as per his email directed - reply CANCEL) still nothing and 10 business days coming up and no sign…I’ll be off to my holiday this Saturday and they better not sending the oodies out and not refunding my money cuz I won’t be going back to that address on my return (I have started redirecting posts to new address for 1 month with RM). Let’s see what’s next! So happy for those already seeing some lights at the end of the tunnel and specially those received their orders…lucky you! Take care ladies will keep you posted :) xx

I'm getting a bit more ticked off now. I've received 2/3 orders, but my pre-order still hasn't been despatched (originally due for despatch 16 November). As the item is now 'Sold Out' I'm slightly worried about that one.

DH's order hasn't been despatched yet either, and that should be pressies for his Mum & Nan so hoping they get moving soon. Oddly, part of that order has shipped for him but not the rest.

@saraclara they don't ship from the uk that is why royal mail haven't received it yet. It has to clear customs their end and then get transported to uk.

I really really wish I'd ordered from kuddly or one of the other good brands. If I'd known they weren't UK based I would have predicted this and factored it into my decision.

Despatch seems to be a flexible term. Despatch from another country isn't helpful information. I've never known more than 24 hours between a despatch email and the courier actually having it at their logistics centre and trackable

Hi, I have pretty much given up on receiving the Oodie I ordered in early November.

I am particularly annoyed as it was a present. I stupidly told my DS it was en route and he was super pleased 😿. He’s an adult- he’ll cope, but it’s still disappointing.

I have ordered one from True Face on eBay instead. (They also have an Amazon shop, but that tends to be a bit pricier.) I have ordered from them before and the three I bought already were genuine Oodies, with labels partially removed. Fingers crossed that this one is as good.

They are a brilliant company- really excellent customer service, (unlike the Oodie!)

My order for 2 Oodies placed on 7/11 is still no closer to dispatch 28 days later. Surprisingly the one I ordered on 16/11 has today got a tracking number so some things are moving. It's really put me off ordering from them again tbh.

I ordered on 4th November and still no delivery. I cancelled yesterday and got an instant email back stating it's taking 12 business days to respond.. I got a 3rd email overnight from Andrew about the dispatch issues and stating 10 business for a response.
They were quick enough to take payment but it seems not so quick on returning it.
Can anyone else who has cancelled please tell me how long it took for a refund. Thanks.

@Iftheresawilltheresaway I emailed Oodie on 22/11/23 asking them to cancel my order and refund me and got the generic reply that it was taking 6 working days to respond. I then got an email on 27/11/23 from Steph that they were cancelling and refunding me and got an email the same day from PayPal that my refund had been received. As they are are now saying to allow 12 working days to respond it may take longer, but from what I have read you will get your refund eventually.

I ordered two classic blue on the 15th November. I received two emails stating there were delays etc etc. I decided to hang on and see and I’m pleased to say they’ve arrived today! So there is hope still people!

My two True Face Oodies turned up just now. Labels cut the oodie logo but, I assume are the same. Do smell a little but delivered in a few days and earlier than the expected date of Friday!

No update from the Oodie delivery yet - status unfulfilled since the 11th November

Still waiting on mine… (ordered 11th November). I wouldn’t mind if they just sent a more personalised email with an updated ETA. It’s the lack of communication that’s pissing me off.

Our order from Snuggz arrived yesterday so 5 days from order to delivery, they were £25 each and are lovely soft warm hoodies, if anyone is looking for an alternative. Still no delivery from my Oodie order from 11 November although they have now replied agreeing to refund

Ordered a Star Wars dressing gown on 8 November still hasn't been dispatched. Hoping it arrives in time for Christmas but have a feeling it won't. It's sold out now too which is worrying.

Yay! My pink one has arrived. Two weeks instead of five days, but given the wait that some of you are having, I can't complain too much.
Fingers crossed for all of you, especially those who have time pressure on gifts.
