My dd would like one for Christmas. Does anyone have any experience re their sizing?

I have seen someone post saying they needed to return and they don't do refunds only exchange so I am trying to work on what sizing is like. To avoid this.

If you know of any discount codes that would also be very much appreciated.

Email confirmation saying it's been packed and is awaiting shipping 29.11 but which reallocates the order date to 25.11 so the tracking says
Placed 25.11
Packed 29.11

What has happened to the four days ?

I've had an email last night, ordered packed (placed 20th Nov).

Mine also changed order date from 20th to 25th. Happy to see movement though. My friends been waiting 3 weeks for movement on her Oodie from oz.

I've kind of lost interest tbh 😴 I'm so used to instant shopping and quick delivery. It's nice but I could have bought a warm sweater locally 🤦‍♀️

I have had my dispatch email (ordered 19th, dispatched 23rd) Little bit worried though as I ordered s/m based on the sizing on their website and now worried it will be huge. Figured better to err bigger.....hopefully she will be so pleased she has one she will forgive the sizing...and the colour as the one she sent me was out of stock......

Also fed up with their endless 'babe' emails despite clicking unsubscribe about 5 times!

I sent a return about 4 weeks ago and haven't had any acknowledgment yet. I've emailed twice. And if I ever do get a refund, it'll be store credit minus the £8 return fee so I'll have to pay another £8 to order my daughter's replacement. That means £16 on top of an already very expensive jumper. I wouldn't buy from them again

Will be really gutted if I can't post it off to DN on time for her to open it at Christmas, I don't really have the budget to buy a replacement gift.

I ordered on19th and haven't heard a thing. When I click on the link on the email it just says your order is confirmed! Keeping fingers firmly crossed for a Christmas miracle

This is exactly what mine is like. I ordered on the same day when they had a good offer on. Hopefully the delay is because of the offer!

Oh oh I've just checked my tracking. I ordered on 19 Nov & it should be here this Friday.
I checked earlier today and nothing was showing so it's updated since then. Yay!

If anyone decides that they don't want theirs, sell on Vinted rather than try to return. I did this as the one I got before was far too big. Sold it & got all my money back & repurchased.

Just seen an email saying my order is delayed!!
Apparently it is being prepared to be shipped but there is a delay with dispatch!

At least I have actually heard something now I guess

I have had the same email, I really hope it comes before Christmas, it’s the one thing my daughter really wants.
