My dd would like one for Christmas. Does anyone have any experience re their sizing?

I have seen someone post saying they needed to return and they don't do refunds only exchange so I am trying to work on what sizing is like. To avoid this.

If you know of any discount codes that would also be very much appreciated.

I ordered mine for DD16 on 17th Nov. Tracking says 'In transit'. I havent received a delayed email.

I wonder if they've reached a point where they can't pack and process orders fast enough.

Mine is delayed. They should be fulfilling orders instead of promising deliver 3-5 business days,

I ordered mine on the 18th and it was dispatched on the 22nd I was really surprised! I guess I missed the rush by ordering a couple of days before the 40% off.

I ordered 11th November. No sign yet.

I ordered on the 19th and got a dispatch email last night - fingers crossed the order arrives for Christmas!

My last order was delivered by Royal Mail, and took around a week to arrive.

Mine shipped 24th I have just clicked on the tracking number and it's in a local Royal Mail sorting office....although it looks like it's been sent to the wrong one and it's being recreated so I guess it may come tomorrow / Monday.

Although it's not clear the tracking number on the white fox email takes you to the detailed tracking page.

Joining the long wait for the parcel here… Order placed on 13/11, dispatched email came through on 21/11 and the parcel has been “in transit” since 22nd. Hopefully arriving next week?!

Mine was dispatched and arrived yesterday - so 1 week from dispatch.

Brilliant that's great news for you hopefully the other ladies waiting will get theirs too.
I had an issue with 2 orders & am not ordering from them again as a result 😂 I won't get into that here but safe to say their customer services is very poor & the mods who run their socials are immature 🤨
But before all that in the past the first few orders from them were perfect (non sale time) and I did find that once dispatched it was fast. That was until they delivered my last 2 orders to not just the wrong address but the wrong country & then decided to ghost me & keep my money.

For those still waiting....I ordered on the 22nd Nov and received a dispatched email this morning.
