My dd would like one for Christmas. Does anyone have any experience re their sizing?

I have seen someone post saying they needed to return and they don't do refunds only exchange so I am trying to work on what sizing is like. To avoid this.

If you know of any discount codes that would also be very much appreciated.

@Rollergirl11 can you let me know the measurement of the jumper just under the arms across the body (chest size). Need to know if it’ll be big enough for her bust! She doesn’t want it massively oversized 😃TIA x

one of my girls has a 32E bust - she wears the XS/S but it fits like a average hoodie slightly oversized, she is also 5’4 and size 8.

Well done! I had similar with a shop in the UK once, refusal to accept a return for a faulty item. Infuriating!

@Summersun27 the s/m hoodie is 24inches/61 cms under the arms and across the chest. It’s pretty big. I’ve just compared to 2 adult medium size men’s hoodies and it’s the same!

Do you need measurements for the xs/s hoodie?

Just got them, I'm adding photos, I got exactly the same measurement as the other lady who measured the other size.
Mine are both XS/S.
For reference I'm 5ft 1 & a size 8 & they are pretty oversized on me. Both my daughters have hoodies too in the same size but they're around 5ft 7 tall & both a size 6 & the hoodies don't look as oversized on them as they do on me.
The measurements I got are:
24"/61cm under the arms

Yeah I'm thinking about sizing down for myself next time I order to the xxs/s so it's not as oversized!

I just got my order today for my daughters birthday, I've noticed they seem to be sending to Europe by DHL express only now which is brilliant as its so much faster.

I'm a size 10-12 and 5'7 and got the m/l - both are slightly long in the sleeve and very over sized which is what I wanted but I would maybe try the s/M next time

I ordered one for my DH goddaughter weeks ago and it hasn’t arrived! Been looking on vinted for a new one but I’m wary of fakes. So annoyed! If anyone is selling a XS/S let me know please! ❤️

I ordered one last year for my niece, who was a very, very tall (but skinny) 13-yr-old, and I got an XXS/XS hoodie.
It looked 'oversized' but not ridiculously so ie sleeves not way too long.
