Hello

My dd would like one for Christmas. Does anyone have any experience re their sizing?

I have seen someone post saying they needed to return and they don't do refunds only exchange so I am trying to work on what sizing is like. To avoid this.

If you know of any discount codes that would also be very much appreciated.

Don't let that fool you though. It just means they have allocated it a Royal Mail Tracking number.

Well I don't know for definite. Mines been either Royal Mail since Nov 21. But the thing is I don't even want them!!!

Ordered 19th and still “unfulfilled”. I feel really cross about it as I’m losing hope they will get here on time!
I don’t want them now! Just watched their instagram update from a few days ago about the Black Friday sales and how busy they are and there’s loads of people complaining in the comments.

Mine has just arrived now but still showing like this on the tracking so don't think it's very reliable!

Click on the tracking number underneath the seko bit and that will take you to a detailed one.

That was the 18th I ordered mine so just over 2 weeks for it to arrive I'm really surprised I expected it to take longer going by the posts on here and on Facebook. I ordered mine just before the black Friday sale so I'm assuming that's why I've got mine quicker I imagine there would have been an influx of sales after that and those ones will be taking longer.

Oops I meant 19th Nov, so took 15 days which is pretty good in the scheme of things. They do need to update the tracking tho!

Mine arrived today. Tracker got updated on Saturday saying it arrived at sorting center and Royal Mail delivered today. Parcel is in good condition, clothes well packed.

size wise: the order was for 15 year old girl who wears size 6. hoodie xs/s looks to be a correct size (baggy), t-shirt xs feels a bit too small or will be very tight. Shorts XS perfect. This was my first order and the quality looks ok. Xmas present sorted! 😀

Just out of interest if you are still waiting and ordered with the 40% off around 19/11 what size colour are you waiting for?

I'm waiting for s/m in the offstage hoodie moon and cinnamon.

Help me out as I'm trying to convince myself my order may still arrive!!!

Offstage moon s/m was the one I wanted and was sold out v quick - maybe that was the popular one.

Still waiting for dispatch and ordered 19th November. Something went out of stock when I went to check out so amended my basket so it's reasonable yo assume it is a live stock system. What's not reasonable is to take over 2 weeks to pick it off the shelf while emailing sale after sale offers. They have over £100 of my money.

High standard zip front m/l - no update since 29 nov dispatch 9 days after order.
I definitely won't be ordering from them again, it's the slowest and least communicative I've ordered from

I ordered offstage hoodies and track pants size XS in shadow and Volcanic, my order seems to be sitting in Aus since being packed, no movement since 1 December, I only placed the order because they don’t do refunds and I had store credit!

On the detailed tracking it's not even reached customs for me - so still in Australia somewhere . I've since bought jumpers, but they only do store credit I think. Wish I'd cancelled within the 14 days for distance selling
