Hello

My dd would like one for Christmas. Does anyone have any experience re their sizing?

I have seen someone post saying they needed to return and they don't do refunds only exchange so I am trying to work on what sizing is like. To avoid this.

If you know of any discount codes that would also be very much appreciated.

I ordered on the 19th and it arrived this morning. I didn't get any other emails apart from a dispatch notification and the tracking didnt update, it just turned up this morning!

I ordered on the 19th and can see it's going to be (hopefully) delivered on z Monday by Royal Mail.

I only know this as I use the "shop" app. For this order and previous orders once you get the "thanks for your order" email I got nothing else from White Fox direct.

The "shop" app keeps me updated saying it's been fulfilled, despatched, local carrier recieved etc.

@Worriedmum42 did you not get the email with the ability to track? I found it useful so you could see when it was en route from Oz, in the Uk etc?

Yes but the shop app only says 'order placed' and has not changed since 19/11

Ok that page with "order paced" can you scroll to the bottom and see "tracking number"?

Clicking through on the "tracking number" on that page opened a new web browser page with detail

When I click on it it does go to second page but still just says order placed from what I can see.

There is no tracking number unfortunately only my order number.

My tracking hasn't updated since 29th when it had moved along to international transit. My Shop app is showing Evri awaiting package. Seems to be stuck or not updating. I hope everyone's moves along soon. This is the first and last time I order from White fox.

Same here @Mrsfussypants1 - I guess most of the time is taken getting it through customs and into the UK, then once it's here it'll be fine

I'm not really concerned but don't think too much of their communication so far.

I'm giving mine 1 more week to move from Mascot nsw or be recieved by Evri. If still no hoodies I'll be contacting PayPal and buying an Essentials hoodie instead.

I know it is not the same company but just as an example for you all I posted ny sisters christmas parcel to Australia on Nov 18th. It is supposed to be a 7-10 day tracked service. It hasn't been delivered yet although is close now at least and should be tomorrow or wednesday) AUS post is exceptionally slow at clearing customs and moving around the country

This hasn't changed for a couple days. Was ordered and acknowledged on 20th so the 25th is random.
Think their service is quite disappointing comms wise. As comparison stuff ordered from Canada was here within a week.
