A snoopy watch. Just seen that Timex have a range. Shall I put one on my list?
(I did get a timex watch, but it was plain blue and snoopyless).

A pink phone in my bedroom with a really long cord like the ones they had in US films. Never got one ;)

TheChosenTwo · 01/11/2023 08:30

A Mr Frosty, such a hugely coveted toy by many. I bought one for my dc and the handle snapped off immediately - my mum was right not to get me one!

BCBird · 01/11/2023 08:31

A Soda Stream and one of those machines that dispensed Cadburys chocolate blocks🤣

hattie43 · 01/11/2023 08:32

A sister

BCBird · 01/11/2023 08:32

Yes a Mr Frosty too

tiredandolderthanithought · 01/11/2023 08:32

Mr Frosty here too!

GlobetrottingPercy · 01/11/2023 08:32

Also Mr Frosty and the Cadbury dispenser

SunnieShine · 01/11/2023 08:33

Cindy doll
Lots of clothes for Cindy doll
Tiny Tears

Jewellery box with ballerina

Aydel · 01/11/2023 08:33

A Katy Copycat doll.

Desecratedcoconut · 01/11/2023 08:34

A pottery set. I had a Mr Frosty and the bloody thing never worked like how it did in the adverts

hotcandle · 01/11/2023 08:34

A slyvanian family house and dolls!

Falzarega · 01/11/2023 08:34

I came on the thread to say Mr Frosty but I see I’m not alone!

Must have been a good advert.

Some many thing..A Al-carte kitchen. I wanted that so much. Didn’t get it. My friend did though. Beyond jealous!
A Cricket doll. Didn’t get that either.
I have always tried to get my kids what they ask for but dd15 still jokes about not getting a Doc McStuffins mobile clinic one year. She was at least 3 years too old for it at the time!

FeltCarrot · 01/11/2023 08:38

That’s the thing, am I too old for one? (57)!

That Snoopy watch is brilliant, I love how the baseball bat is a hand. I think you should get it.

Eyesopenwideawake · 01/11/2023 08:39

A pony.

Finally got my wish at the age of 48.

Snugglemonkey · 01/11/2023 08:39

Also Mr Frosty! I was so disappointed. I have gone to great lengths to get my dc whatcwas asked for every year. Twice it has been discontinued items that were a nightmare, but thankfully so far Santa has always delivered.

bridgetjonesmassivepants · 01/11/2023 08:40

A wooden fruit and veg stall with little wooden trays and lots of wooden fruit and veg to organise. The local toy shop had one and I spent a lot of time making it neat and tidy.

Otherwise I had everything. I only had to look at something and my dad would get me it, I was very spoilt and very lucky. Sometimes I had to stop him buying me stuff as we weren't swimming in money.

Thank you! I think it will make me happy and I’d love to see my mothers face when she sees it! 😂

Mr Frosty is one of those things that can pinpoint your exact age, along with deely-boppers and the Dairy Milk dispenser that you put 2p coins in. And Neopolitan chocolates.

WithIcePlease · 01/11/2023 08:42

A Penny Puppy Walker

Nawh · 01/11/2023 08:44

Definitely get the snoopy watch.

I really wanted those wheelie shoes when I was younger

olderbutwiser · 01/11/2023 08:46

A massive set of crayons with my name printed on them. My Rich Cousins had sets and I was green with envy and assumed they cost ££££££. We were the Poor Cousins and couldn’t have fripperies like that.

at about 95 mum said “oh would you have liked a set? I didn’t know. I’d have got you some if I’d known”. Childhood script shattered.

Coolblur · 01/11/2023 08:49

I had (still have) a Snoopy watch, I loved it!
I wanted one of those puppies that walk, yap and flip. I bought DS one when he was small and realised why my Mum said no; so annoying!
