M&S 12 days of treats - rubbish!!

I see others have had free bottles gin and other delights, and am feeling a bit miffed.

I got a free small hand cream (which they didn’t even have at my local M&S) on the first day, and it’s been utter rubbish every day since - think 15% off women’s rights, 20% off skincare, 15% off a Panettone, £1 off a light up shortbread lantern. Just so disappointing.
Anyone else feeling the same? Does it go by how much you spend in M&S, I spent maybe £800 a year I’d say. Perhaps that not enough to get the good stuff?!

My golden offer was 30% off decorations, which is annoying as I had had 20% off decorations on day two and had actually bought a couple!

I completed the survey and was very honest how crap I thought it was!

I recall one year (possibly a decade ago?) getting a £5 voucher to spend in-store in the lead-up to Christmas. That was a much more useful gift. A free coffee and mince pie would have been enough to get me in-store and spending money this year. Better that than offering a freebie that most likely out-of-stock when you go in to claim it.

I've had those £5 vouchers this year.

2 x £5 vouchers to be spent in the last 2 weeks of November and
2 x £5 vouchers to be spent between 1st-18th December
and
1 x £5 voucher to be spent between 26th - 31st December
and
2 x £5 vouchers to be spent between 1st - 15th Jan 2023

It's a min £40 min spend on food but as I shop in there several times a week, they are really useful vouchers to me.

I will save £35 when I have used the last 3.

It was a £5 voucher with no other spend required though @ADifferentKindofChristmas !
