M&S 12 days of treats - rubbish!!

I see others have had free bottles gin and other delights, and am feeling a bit miffed.

I got a free small hand cream (which they didn’t even have at my local M&S) on the first day, and it’s been utter rubbish every day since - think 15% off women’s rights, 20% off skincare, 15% off a Panettone, £1 off a light up shortbread lantern. Just so disappointing.
Anyone else feeling the same? Does it go by how much you spend in M&S, I spent maybe £800 a year I’d say. Perhaps that not enough to get the good stuff?!

My golden reward’s definitely not there - the only offers showing are the ones I already had from previous days.

I meant take the new ones back but using your original receipt. I've done this before to benefit from a discount. Just make sure you order an identical item.

@WilsonMilson Well you started a thread asking if anyone else feels the same. I answered no, I don't feel the same, because it's all free anyway, and it's obvious that M&S aren't going to be giving out bottles of gin to millions of customers.

Why start a thread if you only want to hear from people who agree with you? (And if that's the case maybe you should state in your opening post that you 'can't take' a bit of disagreement) 😂

Came to find this thread which I KNEW would exist 😂 after holding out for a decent golden reward which is free days out - WHICH YOU GET ANYWAY!!!! They've really set themselves up for a PR fall, bigging up the final reward like that.

The only freebie I got was the rubbish stocking lights. My bonus 12 days of Christmas is 30% off Christmas decorations. It's been really crap this year. I didn't even have high hopes seeing as my usual Sparks freebie is a packet of Percy sodding Pigs but it was still a disappointment

Finally got my golden reward and its £5 off when uou spend £40 on clothes but only from new years day

So, is the Kids pass thing worth it, or is it a waste of time? I'd appreciate cinema and bowling discounts if they do those?

Why would you be surprised? It's a transactional process. They want my data. If I'm handing over my data, I want something in exchange. If I have zero interest in what they are willing to pay for my data, then I'm not going to sell it to them.

Btw there is a survey you can complete on the golden day telling them your opinion about the rewards !!!!

I missed the survey at first . I had an email reminding me about my "reward" for opening all 12 doors and as I scrollled down the email there was a link to tell them what yuou thought about the promotion

I've had a look and they offer none in my area🙃

I had the kids pass for a year from Lidl, didn't use it once, total waste of time for us

Loads of ‘kids eat free’ offers on mine. I have no kids 🙄.

I tried to claim a couple of the offers today from the 12 days and the offers had all vanished!

Nothing in my offers at all even though there was another five days to redeem them.

I stood in the store checking terms them the app refreshed and poof! Gone!

Such a con!
