For those looking for cheaper Switch games, Amazon have Just Dance 22 and 21, Fifa 22 and some lego games reduced. But sadly the games are expensive - Mario especially! Best deals are often on ebay - either buying used for a well rated seller or looking out for offers like a pp posted yesterday (which has ended now), 10% off. So I got a new Mario game from the Currys website for £33 rather than £37.

Hi I'm trying to find a puffer jacket for my 16 year old. I want a thick one as she's always cold. I don't want to spend more than £50ish. Superdry was my go to choice but not in her size (size 10) for that price. I've looked at a lot of other places but either too thin, too expensive, not trendy! Any ideas please?

No, it is tomorrow. I went to my Aldi today just in case, but no joy! There were two gonk Christmas ones though.

Has anyone ordered from Zatu games before? They’re the cheapest that I can find the Nordic version of Ticket to Ride on but I’ve never ordered from there so just wondering if they’re ok. Thank you!

I have! Purchased a Catan expansion from them, no problems. That was pre black Friday. Been meaning to buy Word Round, but the thought of paying basically 50% of the cost of the game in postage is stopping me

For Switch games I've joined this site. Yes, there is some risk but no more than ebay. You can see sellers that have proved themselves. Cheap way to get 2nd hand games, my DC don't even notice they aren't brand new. I wanted to buy quite an old game so did look at buying new but still £45, there's no good deals out there this year

Should add I joined last year as I desperately needed a game that was oos everywhere. Ds then played it for about 30 minutes before deciding he didn't really like it

@thaegumathteth I’ve just asked my 15 year old and he says chocolate, sachets of drinking chocolate that can be made with boiling water and Tesco tinned ravioli I’m not sure how useful that will be!

@user1466167893 I have a Tog24 jacket that I bought from simply be last year for around 50£. My Dd, also 16, has a North Face jacket so is fairly fashion conscious, but she often pinches mine. It's down filled, so light and although it's not waterproof it's warm.

@BabbleBee there were Silentnight adult ones in Lidl earlier today but I can’t remember the price sorry!

Don't get a mountain warehouse one. I ordered one with black friday discount. Its very warm, but it is THE most unflattering thing I have ever put on. I look like a Michelin man in it.

I bought eldest dd some ugg slippers too through the night. I did have to get them from JD though as they didn’t have her size elsewhere, and I’m feeling a bit sick at spending £70 on baffies - she’ll love them though

21 years ago my now late Mum bought me a pair of upmarket slippers I spotted in a shop. She paid £16 which I though was a lot for slippers then. They have just been replaced and I would have paid £70 to get the same ones but can’t find them anywhere. I wore them indoors and out. Through pregnancy and hospital stays and they were the most comfortable things ever. I hope your daughter gets the same joy as my slippers gave me.

I saw a code for more off ASOS sale but it doesn't seem to want to work on the neom products. Does anyone know of a code that will?
