He is 8, so we don’t have many years left and I really wanted to keep it going this year. I really don’t know what to do. He won’t be given the scooter in the box at Christmas but I’m not sure that’s enough really - I need to explain away why it’s here!

@slithytoveisascientist I tell mine that we send the money to Santa and he gets the presents. Could you get someone to knock the door and pretend to be a delivery guy coming back for the scooter as he delivered to the wrong house and with your ds overhearing and seeing you give it over? A bit brutal but .....

I did the person come to the door thing and it worked! DS is a different child he perked up straight away. Honestly I could cry from the relief. I might suggest that we do FINAL Christmas letters that we post (we don’t usually post them we burn them) and he can ask for something else if he wants. My LF Neom box has been cancelled
In fairness I'm quite relieved. I was starting to feel sick at the amount of toiletries and scented loveliness I've got hidden around the house!
I've also added Gary to my Sparks in the vain hope that will be the end of it!

Yes, I've ordered a game from them earlier this month as was the cheapest. It arrived as expected. They do have Zatu marked on their boxes so if you have a keen board gamer (DH looking at you!) they might recognise the name.

@Tinysnickers struggling with switch games here too. There don't seem to be any decent savings around :(

Thanks to the people on here that have reassured me, I’ve just ordered Ticket to Ride Nordic version for £31 (including delivery) from Zatu - £8 cheaper than on Amazon.
