Dd loves so many anime’s she’s really obsessed, bnha, hxh, aot, demon slayer, Danganronpa, promised neverland and a lot more I can’t spell she really got into cosplay about a year ago, so last year I got her a wig stand and styling tools etc she still uses it all the time. This year I’ve got a couple character costumes and wigs, and a closet cosplay and a few accessories. I actually just ordered a couple of bits from shein yesterday, she’s not really into the kawaii pink things, so it makes buying for her a little trickier. I’ll check out qwertee and blippo, thank you.

I wonder if anyone could help me with kids skateboards? It’s for my niece, 9 but fairly petite, presumably will need some protective gear as well. She’s never had one but is pretty athletic, scoots and roller skates....literally don’t know where to start.

Foam based-
Hot glue gun and glue sticks
Foam sheets
Heat gun for shaping
Good craft knife
Cutting mat
Foam clay
Contact adhesive
Primer/top coat spray

Fabric based-
Sewing machine. If you're on a budget I always think it's best to get a second hand branded one than a 'budget' unbranded machine. Can usually pick them up on Facebook marketplace or gumtree etc at a really good price.

@Froppysue also there's a cosplayer called Kamui who has made a series of books with some really good guides to cosplay techniques either for beginners or advanced. You can get digital copies or physical books and I'd definitely recommend them 🙂
