'D'H has recycled my GH Christmas magazine ordered at great expense. His excuse 'you had finished reading it'.

I had to tell you all - nobody in RL would understand.

I hope he's going to buy you another one!!

It's worse than 'D'H knocking DD's yoghurt out of the fridge, cleaning it up and not telling me until I was making DD's packed supper for the next day at 9pm (she has to take it to school with her as she goes to Adventure straight from there), cue me running round Sainsbury's before they shut. That just pissed me off because I wanted to be in bed, what your 'D'H has done is horrible! It would be like me recycling DH's Gardener's World magazine.

Just had scrambled eggs on toast and a banana. 😋🍌

Having great fun googling embroidery starter kits. I don't think DD would be up for Winnie the Pooh or Beatrix Potter! I must Google Five Nights at Freddy's kits! 😂

I've googled but you need an embroidery machine. 😭

Morning all, from the "is it really morning" bench (I'm nearly finished coffee 2 and still struggling to keep my eyes open). But I cheered myself up enormously when I checked my HGP lists - and found a reminder that Lush put its' Christmas range online this week.....(in store tomorrow apparently, according to my note to myself):

Fluffy I wish I had the patience (and the eyesight) for cross stitch. Might request a small set for Christmas and try again - I think the one I had before was too big and complicated for a beginner.

I am considering ditching my planned overtime today (which was purely to get on top of the admin that comes with the job but I never seem to be up to date on) because I want an evening at home with DH - but I know the admin will still be there tomorrow

I wish I drank coffee as something to perk me up would be great right now.

I need to spend the weekend cleaning and crafting or I'm going to get behind with Christmas prep which is just not acceptable before October!

Fluffy Lovely project started there :) I love cross stitch! I hinted it's what I wanted for my anniversary present but I think he's holding out for my birthday.

John turns 2 tomorrow so we’re getting everything ready for his birthday. Then will be going up to see a house over the weekend and NDN will be having a look at ours to see whether they do want to go through with buying it, fingers crossed they do!

Afternoon all
Had flu jab, the nurse really hurt me it stung like hell for ages after! Got to be done though so l shall shut up .

The interview seemed to go OK. Think they're interviewing a fair few people though, for one post, so who knows. They told my friend who works there that I seem nice! Not sure if that's good, or whether it's nice, but... Time will tell!

DS2 went to bed at 8, DD went at 8.30. 😴

We made our two go at 6.30 as I had to leave at 7.00 to go to Manchester Airport. Thankfully they obliged!

DS2 would do that, but then be up at 4.30! The earliest DD can manage is 8.30, she just can't get to sleep before that.

Put uniforms out, put home clothes on radiators, in bed now. 😴

I gave in and did the overtime. I didn't even realise until someone else pointed out it was almost 6pm and asked why I hadn't gone home 🙄

Have had a busy evening with housework and working on the blanket for my sister. It's a V Stitch which I made too wide so I cut it and have been slowly undoing the last few stitches of each row to be able to tie them up properly. Progress has been very slow!

Am going to crash into bed now - see you all tomorrow

Ours sleep for about 12 hours, so it should be fine! I'm not there tonight anyway, so no problem for me! 😂

Mrs I'm sorry to hear your flu jab was painful, I'm dreading mine in a few weeks!

Ours would wake up at silly o-clock too, they go to bed at 8 and are up at 7, some days DS is up at 6 but at least he knows not to go and wake his sister up now ....
