Here we are, the antidote to the tasteful. Crammed with things collected from all over the world . Randomly thrown at arranged and very overcrowded.

And my favourite decoration, the glass stocking.

Beasts I love it! If you think the stocking is good/bad, we have a Christmas pudding with a moustache, an outrageously camp pink reindeer with gold sparkly antlers and a leaping Jeremy Fisher is fabulous glittery tights and a top hat!!

Why thank you demented I think I would like to steal your decorations ..... you might like my sparkly Labrador. Not particularly tasteful you might think but bought on a trip to Maine when I was missing my dog.

Aww, cute. I'll take some pics of our most tasteless decorations and post them later. Must get up and go and have my moustache and hag hairs waxed! It's hard being this glamorous...

Fantastic and demented- I love them! Love the Labrador and the stocking.

My kids do have their own tree in the playroom which have all the decs they have made over the years plus random baubles they have bought on days out or from other countries exiting through the gift shop . They are vair proud of it....too many own-picture baubles on it (selfaubles if you like) or I would post.

Gorgeous fantastic, also love the sort of sweet looking thing trailing through it, I adore old rambling farm houses! When we go away in UK I always try and stay on farms - ramshackle, cold beds I don't care I love the feel of them. One of best was near Daphne Du Mauriers rented manor house in Cornwall, the field near by inspired the Birds and we went to her private cove.

I switched to fake about five years ago and wouldn't go back even though I see the most beautiful real trees around. I find it much less hassle and even though it was expensive it was only the cost of three or four real 🌲 so has paid for itself.

Our - done over 2 weeks as I have a 3 month old and time is scarce!

Real one, put up this week at home ( I never have it put up until my December birthday is over - family tradition).

I'll continue the baubles close up sharing for those of us who can't post the entire tree without outing ourselves/families...

Here's mine. Hand blown glass and survivors of two trips across the globe, cats, children... They haven't been as lucky when I mix decorating the tree and wine, however

Mantlepiece garland with fairy lights bought for DH's first Christmas in 1951 ! We tend only to put them on for an hour or so in the evening . So pretty and so temperamental !
