Thankyou here from J E and L.
I got vouchers in the post from mumsnet, so I've no idea which mumsnetter to thank (You know who you are).

sockmonkey · 25/11/2006 09:56

I would also like to ad a HUGE thank you. We have had two lovely wonderful deliveries from fantastic MNers. You have really gone above & beyond kindness.
We will be thinking of you...whoever you are... and hoping you have a fantastic christmas.

soapbox · 25/11/2006 10:13

Just so you know - the senders have no idea of the MN name of the person they are sending to

So they might not know that it was them that sent to you!

Maybe like Jelley has done - providing a few subtle clues would be nice!

faeriemum · 25/11/2006 13:23

Oooooh..... i've been waiting to say thanks. I didn't know if I should start a thread or not, but it has been started now....

I got Boots vouchers and spent them very wisely.
We used them to get for our two Ds':

A bathtime fun park wotsit, Ds1 will love it!
A wooden puzzle with the little peg handles on the pieces
And a set of little 2 piece touchy feely animal puzzles.

All these lovely things will be wrapped up and will make our 2 very happy.

We had a delivery this morning. THANK YOU! I am so excited for the boys faces at christmas now.

To those who have given:
Helping others is like wetting your pants, people can see what you have done, but only you get the warm feeling

I hope you all feel like you have wet your pants

Thank you to SE, DB and SW for your email messages.

PinkTinsel · 27/11/2006 18:55

thank you to whoever sent me the M&S vouchers from D and my kids S & C.

i am stunned at the generosity you've displayed, dp's jaw hit the floor and he keeps asking 'but i don't understand, who sent them?'

i'll post here again to let you know what you've bought my babies..... some much needed clothes most likely as they're both in desperate need.

thank you so very much and huge {{{{hugs}}}} to you and your family.

i only hope and pray that by next year i'll be in the position to show someone the same kindness and generosity.

SantaforPinkTinsel · 27/11/2006 19:41

You are very welcome PT. I only wish I could have sent more and I hope that you all have a wonderful christmas.

CaptainDippy · 27/11/2006 20:20

Awww, this is soooo nice!

piximon · 28/11/2006 08:34

To JJ from V&C thank you so much.

Completely unexpectedly we received two wrapped presents this morning from a Mumsnet Secret Santa. My children were in the the kitchen when I opened the box and think it's because they caught a glimpse of Santa in town the other day.

jessicaandrebeccasmummy · 28/11/2006 09:53

To my annonymous giver....

You are wonderful. A lovely card with £10 cash inside - norty for sending cash but a lovely lovely sentiment and will enable me to go and buy the girls some stocking fillers.

I love you, whoever you are xxx

Flamesparrow · 28/11/2006 09:57

To C - copied from the other thread because I want to make sure you spot it

I thought that I was all done with Santa, but post came today with Sainsburys vouchers in it!!! We can have a nice xmas dinner, and probably a couple of stocking pressies.

Thankyou soooo much whoever you are (and if you didn't know who I am, my short people are Bronwyn and Emrys).
