Oh the postman has been & a BIG THANK YOU to princessmel & family, the gifts are fantastic & you will have made ds's christmas.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU xx

MiaousSanta*

Your parcels - both of them - arrived safely this morning. Dh and I have just spent the last half hour in tears - you have made such a difference to our lives this Christmas! Your gifts are absolutely perfect - dd1 and dd2 are going to get the ones you suggested, they are absolutely right for both of them! You must know us all very well . In fact dh reckons that you must live in the attic and be spying on us as you got it so right!!!

You are an incredibly generous and wonderful person and I will always remember your kindness to us.

Dh is still in tears as I write. And he would like me to say that he has now changed his mind about Christmas. I hope you read his post on the main Christmas thread. For years and years he has hated Christmas, because of the consumerism, selfishness and greed it perpetuates. But thanks to you all he is now talking excitedly about putting up decorations and the tree, and actually looking forward to the event. You are all wonderful - I would never have believed such a turnaround would be possible, really I wouldn't

JARM · 29/11/2006 13:00

Glad you liked the gifts - hope you have a very happy Christmas, and that the children don't blow up the house with the science kit!

ScoobyDooTheyKnowItsChristmas>>> I'm so pleased that you got the parcel safely. I just told my ds that it had arrived and he was really excited too!
I know it's not much but we're not doing very well money wise ourself at the moment and I thought if my ds likes the gifts then another 4 year old should .

Have a very very Happy Christmas.

MiaousSanta · 29/11/2006 16:17

Oh Miaou, you've got me in tears now too- you are more than welcome. That was such a wonderful message to read, it really was. I have to say that although I can completely appreciate that it's better to keep this anonymous it didn't half make choosing presents easier, knowing who you were on here

Have a very, very lovely Christmas, and give your dh a hug from me

charliecat · 29/11/2006 16:17
