betty my ds loves those books - we have 2 new second hand ones stashed away to give him and even then they were £2.50 each and I had to walk for ages to pick them up! We are reading aloud Mr Gum and the dancing bear which is also a good one to look out for - I love it too its quite quirky, my ds is 8 but he really gets the humor now and because he has already read it to himself he laughs out loud at the jokes which makes it fun to read aloud.

For photo products everyone needs to go and sign up to PhotoBix. The quality is really good and every week I get an email with between 40-80% off big products like photo books. You usually get several months to create them once ordered, there are discounts just for signing up. Had a look for a code for the thread but the last one expired yesterday. Was 70% off photo books with 3 months to create and order and 40% off calendars and diaries. So well worth getting signed up with them.

Also Sainsburys have some lovely high quality toy kitchen accessories. Kettle and toaster with sound effects, working buttons etc and a blender and iron for £4 each, microwave and till for £10. All sturdy, lovely pastel colours. Far superior quality to ELC toddler range. Would be great add ons if anyone's bought the £6 toy kitchen on OP.
