girlwiththeyellowhats do we have any news yet?

Fifth thread already, how did that happen?! I?ve booked our panto tickets now so am feeling very festive Grin . Tips I learnt from the last thread number 24837 - wrap a huge cardboard box in christmas gift wrap to put all the rubbish on christmas day in rather than a bin bag so you don?t get a black plastic sack in all of the photos

Please forgive the fact that so many sale and amazon products aren?t individually linked or are linked but price may since change by the time you click on it - so many of them are out of stock and amazon seem to change prices on an almost hourly basis (it feels like) on a number of items that were previously linked to. As usual please tell me if any of these links/codes don?t work or if there?s anything particularly you want to be in the next OP (assuming there is another Wink ) how would I do any shopping without you now

Thanks for all your help in helping my christmas shopping in 2013 be once again bargainous Grin

Now looking for hairdryer / styling appliances for glam tween! Grin

Itsonly you might not fancy charity shops, however the local ones here always seem to have glitzy small evening bags that little girls would love.
Might be worth a look for a couple of pounds?

craigslittleangel · 03/09/2013 23:35

On another thread, someone mentioned the 24 books of Christmas. A new book to read each day leading up to Christmas. Something to do with all the books we keep ordering!

chestnut100 · 03/09/2013 23:42

Loads of the yellow ticket toys at tesco are scanning much cheaper than the label suggests. Top bargains today; light up Cinderella from £30 to £7, some kind of pony that walks on a lead £33 to £5.50, transformers down to £2 and large light up tonka trucks to £1.50. Get to tescos and get scanning!

Freemilk · 04/09/2013 00:19

Oh chestnut didn't happen to us this morning
Do you know can anyone take a self scanner or do you need to be registered? would be good to check going round

RhondaJean · 04/09/2013 04:47

Was that the my little pony walking pinkie pie at £5.50???

chestnut100 · 04/09/2013 06:24

In our tescos there are random scanners around on walls ( a couple in the clothing area) that anyone can use to check prices. It seemed that the extra reductions were mainly on the items that were on the end of isles, the sort of clearance section? There really were some great bargains.

It wasn't my little pony unfortunately! I forget the brand but my daughter had a kitten version last year and it is still holding up nicely, an absolute steal for £5.50!

chimchar · 04/09/2013 06:56

marking my place...having trouble keeping up!!!

lilylaville · 04/09/2013 07:18

waitmonkey when I was logged in on amazon it just said it at the top of the page. It said that I had subscribed but I've had nothing else since. I was hoping someone would enlighten me!

cheesecheeseplease · 04/09/2013 07:27

haw anyone bought the chad valley craft trunk from Argos? it's down to 9.99 in the sale but was wondering if the contents were worth it?

Rumours · 04/09/2013 07:45

Missed the duplo train, my ds would've loved it

itsonlysubterfuge · 04/09/2013 07:54

Tesco have a bag for life type big with all the disney princesses on for just 50p. It's really cute.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions, will have to make a trip to Primark, Matalan and the charity shops.
