girlwiththeyellowhats do we have any news yet?

Fifth thread already, how did that happen?! I?ve booked our panto tickets now so am feeling very festive Grin . Tips I learnt from the last thread number 24837 - wrap a huge cardboard box in christmas gift wrap to put all the rubbish on christmas day in rather than a bin bag so you don?t get a black plastic sack in all of the photos

Please forgive the fact that so many sale and amazon products aren?t individually linked or are linked but price may since change by the time you click on it - so many of them are out of stock and amazon seem to change prices on an almost hourly basis (it feels like) on a number of items that were previously linked to. As usual please tell me if any of these links/codes don?t work or if there?s anything particularly you want to be in the next OP (assuming there is another Wink ) how would I do any shopping without you now

Thanks for all your help in helping my christmas shopping in 2013 be once again bargainous Grin

oh bum, I'd decided not to get anymore books but as it's Christmas related I have just ordered the stick man! Grin

SpottyTeacakes · 03/09/2013 18:18

CoffeeOne · 03/09/2013 18:46

Ooh Penguin thank you! That's on our list! :)

LaTrucha · 03/09/2013 18:49

I saw this Peppa Pig gardening set on the Penguin site as well which I thought was sweet.

LaTrucha · 03/09/2013 18:49

And apparently only £1 delivery on sale items.

iloveholidays · 03/09/2013 19:00

GirlWithTheYellowHat · 03/09/2013 19:11

Aquadoodle has doubled in price, couldn't get my order complete quick enough. Another disappointment! Hehehehe

CoffeeOne · 03/09/2013 19:16

I was also too slow on the aquadoodle :(

yabbadabba · 03/09/2013 19:29

No free gift yet. A mumsnetter said that they send the gift afterwards so that people don't get the gift first then cancel the magazine subscription.
I think she said it takes up to 28 days for the gift to arrive.

PoppyWearer · 03/09/2013 19:32

I came back to post about Stick Man but see you have already spotted it! Good work! A brilliant Christmas buy!

PoppyWearer · 03/09/2013 19:36

Thanks for the IT Crowd DVD link. One for me DH. Grin

Glad to hear some mugs have arrived! I missed my delivery today.

VoldemortsNipple · 03/09/2013 19:37

I've been to Tesco to pick up my Squinkies and Zhu Zhu bundles. I can report they are both great and DNiece' s will feel very spoilt opening all the parcels. In fact I've just ordered another set to put away for a birthday just after Christmas.

Slainte · 03/09/2013 20:00

Don't know if anyone's posted about this discounted Peppa Pig Garden Toolkit.

Slainte · 03/09/2013 20:03

Sorry, just seen that LaTrucha had already posted about it. Blush

MooseyMoo · 03/09/2013 20:08

It's possible the Boots half price sale is starting tomorrow. Apparently it has started on the Wed after schools go back for the past 2 years (from MSE).

grew · 03/09/2013 20:10

Thanks for all the great tips

PoppyWearer · 03/09/2013 20:27

I must not buy the Birdies mugs, I must not buy the Birdies mugs, I must not buy the Birdies mugs....this won't end well! Grin

Oreocrumbs · 03/09/2013 20:35

The Duplo number train has dropped down even further now, to £7! I bought it last month for DD's birthday and it went down really well.

SpottyTeacakes · 03/09/2013 20:39

Oreo I love that! Dd is too old and ds too young though. Will get it for him next year Wink

ilikesweetpeas · 03/09/2013 20:44

Oh, I like the duplo number train. Trying to think who to buy that for!!

TheEndTisHere · 03/09/2013 20:50

Oreocrumbs I love that train set do you think it would be terrible to buy my bump (2.5ish month old at xmas)? was in a mothercare outlet yesterday and nearly bought bump a ball came was £15 down from £50 but as DH said bump wont be able to play with it till she's about 10 months Sad

MichaelBubleBath · 03/09/2013 20:53

Thanks for this thread Flowers

Oreocrumbs · 03/09/2013 20:54

I'm wondering whether to buy another one for the present box! But my present box is very full .....

I paid £8.65 and thought that was a good price, it's a good set, DD plays with it a lot (it was her 3rd bday).
