girlwiththeyellowhats do we have any news yet?

Fifth thread already, how did that happen?! I?ve booked our panto tickets now so am feeling very festive Grin . Tips I learnt from the last thread number 24837 - wrap a huge cardboard box in christmas gift wrap to put all the rubbish on christmas day in rather than a bin bag so you don?t get a black plastic sack in all of the photos

Please forgive the fact that so many sale and amazon products aren?t individually linked or are linked but price may since change by the time you click on it - so many of them are out of stock and amazon seem to change prices on an almost hourly basis (it feels like) on a number of items that were previously linked to. As usual please tell me if any of these links/codes don?t work or if there?s anything particularly you want to be in the next OP (assuming there is another Wink ) how would I do any shopping without you now

Thanks for all your help in helping my christmas shopping in 2013 be once again bargainous Grin

I anticipate microphone gate!

Reastie · 05/09/2013 17:40

I think they're an educational suppliers aren't they? Which means they would often sell multiples of items I would assume...

OP posts:
HenriettaPye · 05/09/2013 17:41

Yes I'm actually fully expecting one microphone to come...but I have an email from her saying that yes they are packs of 6!

500internalerror · 05/09/2013 17:58

Moosey, I got a brand new perfect paperblanks notebook in the charity shop last week for £1!

VoldemortsNipple · 05/09/2013 17:59

My Elemis gift also arrived today in a slightly bashed box. I think the problem is the bottle is too heavy for the box. Anyway, is doesn't matter because I bought the other Elemis stuff from House of Fraiser and that's not in a box so they will look nice together as a set.

MooseyMoo · 05/09/2013 18:00

Ooh 500 I am very jealous

RhondaJean · 05/09/2013 18:12

I'm very annoyed, despite finding the elemus offer and ordering twice before you lot, neither of mines is here yet.

I'm not fussed about the box, planning to make it a set with the house of Fraser body cream anyway. Just want the stuff!

I bought dd2 a hello kitty camcorder for £18.99 from play, I was a little nervous as its £30 everywhere else but I ordered Monday. It's here today, in pleased as punch, will post a link Fromm iPad later, phone is too fiddly.

EweHaveGoatToBeKiddin · 05/09/2013 18:41

My elemis isn't here either rhonda and I ordered it the same day you posted the link.

The mag however is still in the wrapper despite arriving several days ago.

If it comes to it I'll give just give that to my mum...

My pop up Charlie and the Chocolate Factory book arrived today. I love it. Really good quality and will be perfect for CEH. Thanks for the post!

MooseyMoo · 05/09/2013 19:23

This isnt really a bargain but this was the best price I found for the Old Leather Foiled Ultra Lined journal for £10.71 with free delivery and 2.5% CB with The Book Depository.

EweHaveGoatToBeKiddin · 05/09/2013 19:26

Aw so glad my Charlie and the choc factory link was a hit. An absolute bargain. I cracked and opened the plastic on my copy today and was sitting playing with the pop ups all the way through my lunch. Grin

Me and dd are loving Roald Dahl books at the moment, so i think this will be a much adored present for her. Wish i knew other littlies to buy a copy for though. Such a beautiful (and fun!) book.

Bluetinkerbell · 05/09/2013 19:50

If you want to do something different to Elf on the shelf: Christian advent calendar packs :)

RhondaJean · 05/09/2013 19:57

Ewe I'm sure our elemis is just in the post.

Could someone be very kind and link the Charlie pop up book again? I can't seem to spot the original link.

RhondaJean · 05/09/2013 19:57
