morning everyone, i have had a really bad night with my kids, they just didn't want to sleep and I feel exhausted. I got my nuchual test results back and my result is 1/11000 so I have a very low risk which I'm really happy about. Also I have started to feel the baby move around. I am 13 weeks today and it is really early to feel it. I think it must be because I have already had 3. Its really nice but only feel the baby at night when lying very still.

memorylapse - really nice picture. Can't believe how much the baby has grown since your last scan.

Thank you cup cake.

I am only 12 weeks but feel that I feel some kind of sensation of movement. I thought it was too early maybe not its almost like I can feel a pulse in my stomach, especially in the bath. With DD1 she always moved more when I had a bath.

Good idea to start afresh

Re: amnio testing (from previous thread) - I'm having the nuchal again, last time we had a very low risk, I don't know what I'd do if I had a high risk but I try to think that I'll cross that bridge if I come to it.

Lizzie - sorry you're so exhausted, hope you get a quiet day!

I start my new job this afternoon so a bit nervous. Only about leaving DD though. It's only 150 hours a year so virtually nothing really but feels a bit strange.

Hollyoaks · 26/10/2009 08:43

Ooh a nice new thread, bet this one is full before we know it and has a non-ms related sickness title (fingers crossed). I've put my edd on based upon my dates as midwife's edd didn't take into account my ucl.

Good luck TwentiethCH. I went back to work in Feb, leaving my 13 month old daughter at the time. I dreaded it for months, sobbed about it for weeks beforehand but then actually quite liked it once it had happened it was nice to have some space. Good luck.

AnAngelWithin · 26/10/2009 08:51

How are you all this morning?

TwentiethCenturyHeffa good luck for this afternoon!

I seem to be suffering more in the afternoons and evening than in the mornings! Though I do feel sick in the mornings, it seems worse at the end of the day!

I have got so much to do today. I bathed the boys and changed their bed linen yesterday. Going to sort the girls in a bit. Gosh I'll have another one to slot in. Heck.

pamelat · 26/10/2009 08:54

I know I am repeating myself but I really that those expecting child no 4 or 5 are marvellous.

I genuinely do not know how you do it. I know you prob get that all the time, its just I find 1 very hard work and thinking of having an extra 1 terrifies me at times!

AnAngelWithin · 26/10/2009 10:47

not marvellous...insane i think is more the word for me right now!!! I am certainly starting to wonder what on earth I have let myself in for having another one!!! i mean.... FIVE KIDS??!!!

Pamelat, I totally agree, I keep freaking out about going from one to two! I'm sure we'll cope long term though.

Angel I'm chuffed you're already feeling the baby move! I felt ds first move at 17 weeks so hoping to feel this one a little earlier now I know what it will feel like! Pamelat, I have a pulse sensation down there too, but I don't think mine can be baby movements as I'm only 10+4, so I put it down to having extra blood flow down there.

VivClicquot · 26/10/2009 11:12

Morning ladies x

Loving the shiny new thread - and the title too!

Update from me - rather randomly, I have received a date for my 20 week foetal anomaly scan (New Year's Eve!), despite not yet having a date for my 12 week dating scan. I need to call them this morning and find out why, but am concerned that they won't want to give me a 12 week scan because technically, I've already had two scans at the EPU. Can I override this, do you think?

Wedding update - so I went for my final dress fitting on Friday and praise be to the lord in heavens above, but it only bloody well fits! If anything, my um, enhanced cleavage means that it fits like a dream, so I've just got to hope that I don't get any bigger over the next 2 and a half weeks.

Anyway, glad to hear all is well.

Adding myself to the list below and bumping myself up a couple of days as I forgot to do it after the 8 week scan:

pigleychez · 26/10/2009 11:34

oohh new thread

ML- lovely scan picture.

Heffa- Hope it goes ok today.. whats the new job doing?

Viv- Glad the dress fits! How exciting!
Ring them about the scna and find out. I had my 12 scan for DD on News years eve too. Was funny texting my friends the picture saying Happy New Year from Baby!

Cant wait till my scan.. next tuesday cant come quick enough!!

Thankfully feeling pretty ok here at the mo, apart from tired but thats not helped by DD being up during the night with her teeth then waking at 5.20 with the clocks changing.[yawn]

AnAngelWithin · 26/10/2009 11:52

I've still not heard from the midwife about my booking in, but i don't want to ring up while the kids are here this week in case they hear!!!

LuckyC · 26/10/2009 12:17

Thanks for new thread!

twentiethCH good luck - let us know how you get on.

viv wooooohooo for dress fitting. Such a gorgeous dress too (I meant to say I had a look after you posted the name again for me on last thread.)

Not going to add myself to list before scan on Weds (gulp).
