congratulations to dizzytrout, kowaikiwi and Halfmumhalfbicuit
HMHB sorry to hear that your stitches hurt so much, mine did too - best advice m/w gave me was to shower (a bit like a bidet wash) my privates with tepid water EVERY time I went to the loo - they healed very well and very quickly and at 2 weeks were almost no bother at all.
dizzytrout you are absolutely NOT a faliure! Well done for trying for 3 days, that must have been very stressful and your tears are completely understandable {{HUGS}}, no-one should EVER feel bad about not breastfeeding for any reason whatsoever, I'm sure little Emily Mae will be just fab either way
twinklegreen bravo for updating the list!
womb noises for sleeping!
littlepea sorry to hear Faith is crying so much. Annalise doesn't really cry (just sounds like she's a dying banshee when sleeping - not sure which is more frustrating!). DH has made it his mission to find ways to get A to nod off fast, and we've found putting her moses basket under the extractor fan in the kitchen extremely effective as it mimics loud womb noise. He's also downloaded ambient womb noises from cantonbecker.com - sends A into a very deep sleep very fast!
newbeemummy & hackneybird sending you both very strong postive labour vibes! x
Annalise seems to be developing cradle cap, saw a baby with really bad cradle cap at busy babies yesterday. really shocking, poor mum was obviously upset by it Anyone have experience of this - whats best to do it avoid it getting worse?
osteopath Someone mentioned a school in Farringdon, London - please can you be a bit more specific? Only know the osteopathy school in Southwark, and would love to try to address Annalise nocturnal wretched noises!
Have a good afternoon everyone X
