Great news @DobbieFreeElf and welcome @October2020, loving your name :)
I left a message to the midwife yesterday and actually forgot about it, she called me now and I asked about the low PAPP-A. She told me it is a lot more common than I would think, she has seen many many cases and she has never seen any issues coming out of it, that made me feel so much better! she said she even had friends of hers with low PAPP-A and they all freaked out, but everyone was fine. She said they have to tell us everything, but if it was up to her she wouldn't as there is nothing I can do and it is only a possibility that the baby won't grow as fast, she said it is likely in a few weeks I will feel like the baby is massive and I will complain about that. :)
Also said they will measure my belly in 3weeks time and it will be obvious by then if the baby is growing as it should, so now I am going to watch this bump very closely for sure. There is absolutely nothing at this point that would indicate anything is wrong, she reminded me they brought my EDD closer meaning the baby has been actually ahead and normally they would think the ovulation was wrong, but with an IVF pregnancy it indicates the growth more precisely.
Sorry for the long post, I just had to write it out as I am so excited to finally feel less worried about this!
