No he's at home terrified he'll miss it. Yeah am alone. On monitor for beany now she's coming back to do my downstairs exam shortly but DOESN'T think it's my waters just an increase in discharge (lovely!)

Yes it is on Friday . Little moody today , breakfast in bed did not happen as DP decided to blast music and sing really loudly making sure I was fully awake . No rest for the wicked !

It is annoying to be honest I would have loved a lie in feel like I haven't slept in ages lol . Ah I don't think you will have long to wait Carol or do you think you will go all the way to 40 weeks ?

Haven't had any signs she's gonna come, a part from yesterdays trip to the hospital. Not had any aches and pains, when I was on the monitor yesterday the MW asked me if I felt any contractions coz the monitor said a had some but I've not felt them. My bump is quite tight anyway so haven't noticed it getting tighter, it's definitely not dropped.

Of course! That's why we are all going through morning sickness, no sleep etc.....so we can show off our lovely cuddly and obviously the most beautiful bundles

Pity about the lie in Mother. I can't believe your CS is this Friday..not long at all, it's so exciting. Sorry about your hip pain - I've been getting it too but I think mine is just from lying on my side as my shoulder also hurts. The pain wakes me, I attempt a graceful roll to my other side and a couple of hours later the same reverse happens.

Oh, I hope the curry works Hugh! I thought I'd be batch cooking and wiping skirting boards at this stage but actually am totally unmotivated as well and keep using the excuse of moving house to justify doing nothing.

I thought I would be cleaning like a mad woman also , I did when I was having DD but not this time . Not yet at least !
Is anyone having pain in the stomach like muscle pain ? I've been having it two days now lol I think I'm just too stretched !

PS anyone looking forward to a nice large wine soonish ??

I think the no is wasted on me. I don't drink anyway so at the beginning when everyone said to my OH "you've got a designated driver for....months" we just nodded politely.

I'm having a few pains tonight, just pressure around my hips

slurple Am I right in thinking you were having your baby today?! If so hope all went/goes smoothly and you and the baby are doing well.

I'm 41 weeks today. Just had a sweep which wasn't pleasant and I'm feeling sore and weepy. Very much had enough now and really hoping something will happen soon. Cervix is getting there (1cm dilated and a bit shorter) but not completely ready yet. We shall see...

PS Mother OMG yes I cannot WAIT for some alcohol! I have declared that I will only be drinking champagne. I could also make an exception for prosecco. Just a bit worried that I'll be completely pissed after two mouthfuls. I was a lightweight before pregnancy!
