Highly Emotive subject but I would appreciate the views of others

We are at stalemate on the subject of wakes. So i would appreciate the views of others on this. It's taken all day for me to pluck up the courage to ask

can someone start a candle for Tia thread? Perhaps places where candles will be lit at 11:30, which is the time of her funeral

Tiamummy, I have no idea of what you are feeling but wanted you to know that you are very much in my thoughts and encourage you to visit the Bereaved Mummys thread. A bunch of wonderful women who will embrace you so you feel as if theri arms are around you, holding you tight and keeping you safe.

I have lost too many people close to me, just too many, but the loss of your beautiful little girl has made my heart heavy and the tears fall.

Many of us will be walking with you tomorrow. I am lighting my candle in my lounge window for all to see as they go by, here in chilly Hampshire.

Hope you are all ok after your day, Im sure Tia looked lovely in her dress xxx
