Another one who has been following you but not posted here.

You should feel proud that you did everything you could to make your husband's passing as comfortable and loving as possible. Sending you much, much virtual love.

I'm so very sorry. I've followed all your threads as well though never posted, and wished you well as you both sounded such wonderful people. If this had to happen I'm glad he was peaceful and at home surrounded by his loved ones at the end.

Rindercella,
I haven't posted on your threads before either but I have read your posts.

I am so, so sorry that you have lost your beloved Richard but thank goodness all of his children were able to be at home and that you were with him at the end.

Wishing you all the strength you will need. Hold your babies tight.

I am so sorry to read this, but glad for you that when he had to go it was peaceful and you were with him, and he was at home.

You made his last day the best it possibly could have been.

Wishing you and your family peace.

I am so sorry for you and your family, and for Richard. Life can be so extraordinarily unfair. It is clear from your posts that you and he, and your children, shared so much love, tenderness and happiness together, and I hope you can draw on these memories and times together as you face the coming days and months.

There are a few of us on MN who have gone through the loss of our DHs, and along with the rest of MN we are here to help, listen, talk, whenever you need us.

Sending you peace and strength.

xx

So sorry for you all, I hope that it will seem a blessing that Richard died in the perfect way with the people he loved around him and in the home I'm sure he loved too.

My best wishes to you for the difficult times ahead.

Rindercella -

Another lurker here.

I saw on your profile that you and Richard got married on the same day as we did - wasn't it a beautiful sunny day. And what a lovely photo of him on his wedding day - very handsome!

Very sorry indeed for your loss.

Rinders, I can't believe your handsome husband has died :( I am so incredibly sorry that you have had to be parted. I will be thinking of you all tonight and the evident love that you all shared.

You did everything that one human being can possibly do for another under these circumstances - you made sure that he knew he was loved and that everyone important to him was around him when his time came. A peaceful end, even one cruelly early, is all any of us can wish for and so many of us don't get it.

Love to you and to Richard's children x
