I'm so, so sorry Rinders, but I'm glad he was at home with you and his children and that he went peacefully. You've coped with so much this year and you've done it with such grace. You're an inspiration to us all. Sending you love and strength xx

(I posted this on the p/n thread, but I realise you may not have much time to read everywhere, so re-posted here also.)

ChippingInMistressSteamMop · 13/04/2011 19:14

Oh my darling girl - I am so so so sorry xxxx

It was so lovely that Richard was able to come home, although it was clear that he didn't have a long time left, it has come as a real shock that he has gone so soon. I expected a bit more time for you all :(

I am really glad that he had all of his children there and that you & India were actually with him, having a lovely chat :) If you have to go, what a lovely way to do it - at home, peacefully, with your family.

I wish my tears were sparing you some pain - but I know they aren't.

It's not fair - you shouldn't all have to be going through this... you just shouldn't.

Huge hugs, lots of love & much strength...
xxxx
