An old friend in the US has named her baby daughter McCaa. The only reason I know it's a girl is because her middle name is Laura!

In my DD's (4.4) class at school there are three boys called:

Drago
Falco
Bento

and another little boy called Hippolyte calls them by the "Spanish" diminutives of

Draguito
Falquito
Bentito

!

Siobahn - normal name, true but not when the mother insists its pronounced Si-Oh-Ban-E

There is a baby Grace Jones registered with my local GP. Both perfectly lovely, ordinary names, but I don't know what the parents were thinking in putting them together.

Chomondleigh.

Also Eva-Toni-Ann (her father was a football fanatic and quite clearly the mother a pushover)
