I thought I'd make another, follow-on, thread as the first filled up quickly and was so interesting

So, what’s the most unusual name you have ever come across in daily life?

Many years ago I met a lovely older lady from the islands.
Her name was Archiebella. I have never met anyone with that name.

@miniaturepixieonacid Yep, two separate ones! Vashti for a girl and Clever for a boy. Nothing to do with each other

I thought Kairo was odd but I've seen it a few times now
Near us we have Boaz and I also met a girl called Wyatt and a girl called Noah recently.

Boaz is a common Dutch name

^^
Really? With a separate history to the Hebrew name or just happens to be used there a lot? I have taught two boys called Boaz but both were from strongly Christian families with Nigerian heritage.

@Doughnuting Hawkeye was a character in 'The Last of the Mohicans'. The book was written in 1826. There's also a Marvel Hawkeye as well as the MASH one.

And I already said that about a week ago.

I've just remembered another one, Euphemia.
