So, what’s the most unusual name you have ever come across in daily life?

Melony

My dgm was called Albertine. Never heard anyone else called it. My 13 year old dd has it as one of her middle names.

We know a Cheyenna, not sure about the spelling though.

He was a villain turned hero created by Marvel comics around 1964. He was one of The Avengers and so may have appeared in some of the Marvel films they have been making over the past couple of decades. I think they made a Marvel action film called Hawkeye too.

A boy called GQ, named after the magazine

Hepzibah. I know it is biblical but I have met someone with the name. I also knew a Hercules and an Achilles when I was a child.

Ptolemy. Which he always told people was Ptolemy-with a-P. Even as a 4 year old he knew he had a life time of this.

He's a character in the Avengers franchise.

As pp said, Hawkeye was also a character in The Last of the Mohicans, which was written in 1826 and so predates the Marvel character by quite a bit!
