In secondary school there was 3 of us in my tutor group was at least 6 of us in my year.

OwlBeThere · 04/01/2020 15:48

None. I was the only one in my primary or secondary school.
It’s a very popular name now though.

SometimesItRains · 04/01/2020 15:49

At one point in middle school there were 5 girls (including me) with the same name in my class of 30.

PristineCondition · 04/01/2020 15:50

0
My name is Judith and I'm in my early 30's. I've never met another my age

WeirdPookah · 04/01/2020 15:50

None. And I have only met 2 with the same name in my whole life.

DebbieTheChicken · 04/01/2020 15:51

Loads! Always had our last name initial used as there was so many of us that all the nn variations were taken too!

I didnt mind though tbh Smile

Bluntness100 · 04/01/2020 15:51

None, which is very weird as at the time it was the most popular girls name. I've also onlymet a handful with it in my lifetime. 🤷‍♀️

winningwhilstlosing · 04/01/2020 15:51

None. I have only ever met two other people with the same name - not a popular name!

Sleepyquest · 04/01/2020 15:52

None at primary, maybe 3 at secondary. Very popular now too!

gluetack · 04/01/2020 15:52

2 of us at school and then I was in Girl guides with another one.

AndNoneForGretchenWieners · 04/01/2020 15:53

Three in my year at primary, four in my year at secondary, I am one of three in my own small team (10 of us). I am also the oldest in my team, the others with my name are at least 10 years younger.

Sleepyquest · 04/01/2020 15:53

And I mean the whole school, not my class!

BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz · 04/01/2020 15:53

Primary- 2 in my class
Secondary- lots. There's two spellings and I was one of at least 4 of my spelling in my year alone, with another 2 of the other spellings.

Even at work I've usually always been one of two minimum.

notthemum · 04/01/2020 15:54

None.

OhWellThatsJustGreat · 04/01/2020 15:55

I was the only one in my school at primary, then when I got to secondary there was another in my form group and 4 across the year... Considering its one of 1990s top 20 girls names it wasn't that common where I live.

ChunkyButFunkeyy · 04/01/2020 15:55

One in the whole school, and he was a boy, I'm now 28 and I've only ever met one other female with the same name.

AhoyMrBeaver · 04/01/2020 15:58

None. It's not really unusual, just not hugely popular then (or now!).

TotheletterofthelawTHELETTER · 04/01/2020 15:59

2 in the same primary class and then 5 out of 100 in my year group at a small secondary school

Kirstenkl · 04/01/2020 15:59

None. I didn't meet another one until I was 19.

It was very rare and now it's very popular with the under 5s and I still haven't adjusted to hearing it not aimed at me. I often find myself staring confusedly at parents in shops.

TheLightSideOfTheMoon · 04/01/2020 15:59

None.

MrsBungle · 04/01/2020 16:00

None in either primary or secondary. Or uni or work for that matter.

JacquesHammer · 04/01/2020 16:01

None in primary, one in secondary although she was older.

DD has a name that always features high on the stats and had one in primary and one in secondary but again not the same year.

JacquesHammer · 04/01/2020 16:01

Oh and middle name? Absolutely none Grin definitely wasn’t a usual name for the era.

Bigearringsbigsmile · 04/01/2020 16:02

None. Or uni.
Or work.
It's a fucking burden.
Make a mistake and people know exactly who it is .

My kids have names other kids have and are happier for it.

SoloMummy · 04/01/2020 16:02

Zero. Only come across one ever in a workplace.
